How to make homemade Apple Cider 101 by @thepeoplesbrewer

This is is it. After 7.5 years in Brisbane, 4 years in Sydney it’s time to head back to Victoria for the next chapter. Road trip with my mate Rhys. #movingtovictoria by @thepeoplesbrewer

Wow what ride! This week I finished up as Head Brewer of @revelbrewingco after 7 + years. From pumping out 5 new beers in the first week of brewing at Oxford St back in 2017, surviving COVID (somehow) to moving into the new bigger site & brewery at Rivermakers making over 100 unique beers along the way. Working with some legends, many collabs with other brewers, suppliers, bars. Events, festivals, hop harvests, awards nights, judging it really has been a journey and is hard to do justice in one post. A big shout out to everyone that has been involved along the way, drank Revel beers, had many fun times but in particular my family for all the support allowing me to do what I love. My favourite beers to brew over the years have been Revel Pale, Revel IPA, Brown Ale, Reveler Session Ale, NZ Pilsner & Boneshaker Imperial Stout.

Beer 2 of our Friday tasting is one of our old favourites Pale Ale 🍻 by @thepeoplesbrewer

We’ve been busy bees in the brewery getting the beers ready for the AIBAs judging in a couple of weeks. We sat down for a Friday ‘sample’ to see how they’re tasting 🍻#nzpilsner by @thepeoplesbrewer
