Introducing The Performance Hub Belgium 🇧🇪

Even writing that feels slightly mad!

I’ve been lucky enough to work on some extraordinary yards, but this place truly is exquisite. The facilities, attention to detail and, most importantly, the people behind it.

Aurelie came onto the EQ Bands Programme a few years ago and I noticed her forward-thinking mindset immediately. It’s been a pleasure working together on what comes next.

And it’s soon to get even more magical… 🤫

What I’m loving most is watching The Performance Hub evolve — and seeing EQ Bands interlink with it so naturally.

Belgium isn’t a copy and paste of our UK Hubs. It has its own incredible facility, team and expertise. But the Performance Hub DNA doesn’t change.

The standards. The multidisciplinary approach. The rider as an athlete. Education. Collaboration. Connecting the dots. Constantly questioning how we can do things better.

Those things are non-negotiable.
And it’s pretty cool for our members too!

Belgium gives our UK members another Hub to connect with when training and competing in Europe — while European riders have much easier access to us.

Different Hubs. Different expertise. One Performance Hub network.

I remember writing the first business plan for The Performance Hub, trying to get an idea I really believed in out of my head and onto paper!

I wasn’t building a network. I wasn’t thinking internationally. I just believed there was a better way of bringing the different sides of equestrian performance together.

So standing in Belgium a few years later and realising that little idea has somehow travelled across a border is a moment I won’t forget.

I’m still not entirely sure how all of this is happening, but I’m rolling with it — and absolutely loving what it’s becoming.

Doing it whilst being a Mumma makes life slightly more chaotic, but makes me appreciate these moments even more.

I’m incredibly grateful to our UK team, Aurelie and the Belgium team, and everyone who has supported The Hub. Thank you!

Just getting started… 🇧🇪
The Performance Hub Belgium. Coming very soon.

I genuinely didn’t know the definition of “busy” until we moved out of one Hub and started building two… one quite literally!

Alongside running everything EQ Bands, life, and a baby in tow 🤍

These past few months have absolutely flown by.
One minute it was winter, and now here we are, in typical British style wanting a bit less heat 🙄

Truthfully, I don’t think I’ll ever fully get my head around these businesses taking on a life of their own — but I’m still the one trying to hold it all together whilst sprinting at full speed!
Luckily, with the best team behind me!

Having two Hubs now gives our Members so much more flexibility, more opportunity, and access to an environment built entirely around performance.

We’ll keep sharing the journey as the journey continues, but for now… enjoy the sunshine ☀️

Love and thank you so much for all your support & love, it means everything, Dee & Crew xx

LORDY!!!! We’re growing some more….

Beyond thankful for the beautiful Becca taking on finding some of our new practitioners for The Sussex Hub. It means the world to to have built such a wonderful team for The Hubs that I trust implicitly.

So having one of those people & Kate to help find more of those special souls to join the Sussex Team is incredible.

Please note you MUST
- Be qualified to do x2 of the above
- Must have own professional indemnity
- Experience and knowledge of the Olympic disciplines
- Confident working one on one with athletes and part of a multidisciplinary team

- My own point admittedly 😛…but ‘a good craic’ would be good too!

Lots of love and thanks,
Dee and crew xx

Performance isn’t built through massive changes. It’s built through thousands of small details.

One of the truly beautiful parts of working with athletes, there isn’t typically one huge aspect of focus. It’s bringing all the smallest of margins up - levelling up on and off the horses.

Nutrition - Psychology - S&C -
Pilates - Physio - Business Balance -
Biomechanics - Video Analysis

I’ll happily admit that sometimes, being a mum and running two rather full-on businesses, I do wonder how much easier a 9–5 would be. Although I suspect my brain would last about a week before getting bored 😜!

But then there are moments like these…

I built these businesses because I genuinely adore helping horses by helping riders. And getting to do that around the world, with wonderful people who are doing so much to move the sport forwards, is pretty special.

Travelling shaped so much of who I am. Different cultures, people, perspectives and ways of life. My mum always encouraged me to get out and explore the world, and now being a mum myself, I want exactly that for Huxley.

To grow up curious, open-minded, sociable and, of course, kind to animals.

Australia, New Zealand and now Thailand. All before 16 months old. And this time, getting to share it with my mum too, who encouraged me to do all of this and be brave enough in the first place to start. I hope I will make you proud in the future little Hux.

Three generations, doing something I love. Feeling rather lucky and absolutely loving Thailand and its people. 🙏❤️

The seat comes first.

Before the leg and hand, it’s the rider’s seat that lays the foundation for clear communication with the horse.

Allowing the hip flexors to move more freely, helps the rider find balance and communicate more effectively with their seat.

Discover how improving your own body awareness can transform the way you ride.

3 mares that might not be on your radar, but will be.

Awesome to start working with these eventing chicks, one at the start of her career and others more experienced. But awesome to play with what works best for each horse & rider to max performance.

2 LAST minute places for our EQ Bands Programme have come up!

With 2 internationals moving to the April 2026 programme, we are opening up applications for Nov 26-29th 2026. The course is being held at Hartpury College & as ever we have got a back to back INSANE line up of professionals, horses, riders and experiences.

The course has now become globally recognised alongside the BHS, and it’s so important that coaches recognise how important it is to understand what or why you are actually doing X with the bands. You cannot just put some bands on and hope for the best!!!

So if you want to fully lock into thinking outside the box with rider performance, and love learning with and from incredible diverse thinking professionals - hit us up!

🗓️ p.s - April 2027 has a few spaces left and our September Austria course is opening soon too.

Alors… on vous a eus ? 😏🐮
