Our first ride since I got both of our bikes fixed! I’m sooo happy we finally got to ride together again in our beloved neighborhood. We’re lucky to live in such a beautiful community here in South Park, San Diego! Sometimes, it’s the simple things in life that bring us the most happiness. Just riding our bikes together and enjoying our neighborhood makes me appreciate what we have even more. I can’t wait for more rides, more adventures, and more memories with my love! Last night my boy Jesse threw it down with some nasty funky beats! 🔥 This new venue was dope too. The last time I was here, it was Kava Lounge—definitely a big upgrade since then. The sound was on point, and Jesse is a phenomenal DJ! Big shoutout to @kikuroom.sd as well! I’m loving the new sounds, the new vibes, and the energy this place brings. Always good to discover new spots and hear DJs bringing something different to the scene. 🎶🔥 #housemusic #housemusicallnightlong #sandiego by @theperuvianmoses
Last night’s dinner by Doug was truly amazing! We got to sit down, enjoy some incredible wine, and share a delicious dinner together. 🍷🍽️ Good memories were made last night. There’s nothing better than good friends, great food, and making new friends around the dinner table. That’s what life is all about! ❤️ #cooking #cooklife #letsgetcooking #grilledsteaks #redwine by @theperuvianmoses
Brand-new seamless gutters and we also completed a mini lift and relay. I did a walkthrough with the client, and I knew she was working with a budget, so I suggested we focus on repairing the areas with bad wood first so we could properly install the new gutters. We also upgraded the underlayment with FR on the eaves to give her some extra protection. She’s getting ready for El Niño, and now her home is better prepared for the weather ahead. I love when a customer trusts my recommendations, sees the outcome, and is completely happy with the work. That’s what makes me proud of what I do! 🙌 #Roofing #SeamlessGutters #RoofRepair #SanDiego #HomeImprovement AllWeather by @theperuvianmoses
This is my primo! 🇵🇪❤️ When I would visit Peru during my summer breaks growing up, he was one of the primos I grew up with there. Now he lives in Berkeley and has two beautiful kids of his own. Every time we get together, we always have to make our way to the beach. 🌊☀️ It’s always good to see family, especially the ones you grew up with and share so many memories with. No matter how much time passes or how far life takes us, that family connection never changes. Viva Perú, carajo!!! 🇵🇪🔥 #primos❤️ #vivaperucarajo #beachlife #sandiego #oceanbeschsandiego by @theperuvianmoses
My pride and joy is 25 today! ❤️ I’m so proud of this young man and everything he has accomplished. He’s now in his second year of medical school, working toward becoming a neurosurgeon. I taught him how to swim, ride a bike, be kind to others, respect his elders—and yes, I even taught him how to fight! 😂 I still remember when I used to DJ in my bedroom. I would put on a house record, pick him up, and dance with him until he fell asleep in my arms. He grew up listening to 90s hip-hop and eventually became a great MC himself. Music is still one of his passions today. Watching him grow from that little boy dancing with me to the young man he is today has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. Happy 25th birthday, my Gordo! I’m beyond proud of you. Keep chasing your dreams, stay kind, stay humble, and never forget where you came from. I love you, and I can’t wait to see where life takes you. Happy bday Gordo!!! #25bdaycelebration #birthdays #myprideandjoy #futuredoctor #prouduncle❤️ by @theperuvianmoses
This is my primo and me, probably around 14 years old back in the ’90s. We rode our bikes everywhere, egged and TP’d houses together, and got into all kinds of trouble. 😂 We even almost lost our lives together one night, but thankfully, we made it through. Life hasn’t always been easy. Even after losing his mom to cancer, we’ve stayed close. Through all the crazy memories, good times, and hardships, we’re still good homies! That’s family, that’s brotherhood, and that’s a friendship that time can’t break. 💯 #familia #90strend #90sera #cocosadventures619 by @theperuvianmoses

With El Niño season approaching, now is a great time to prepare your home for the rain! 🌧️ If you need any help with gutters, feel free to reach out. It’s the perfect time to upgrade to a new seamless gutter system and help keep your home protected. Let me know if I can help! #sandiego #roofing #seamlessgutters #supportlocal by @theperuvianmoses
A great way to save money on a flat roof is to apply a roof coating or silicone system instead of completely removing and replacing the existing roofing. If you have solar panels, this can be an especially cost-effective option because we can typically keep the existing roofing system in place without removing and reinstalling the solar panels. We thoroughly clean the roof with a high-pressure washer, address any areas of concern, and then apply a professional silicone coating over the existing roof. This approach can help eliminate or significantly reduce costs associated with wood repairs, roof tear-off, and solar panel removal and reinstallation. If you’re interested in a free roof coating estimate, please let me know. I’d be happy to take a look and go over the options with you. by @theperuvianmoses
2026 Two Harbors, Catalina Island was another success with the homies I’ve known since high school, when we were playing water polo together. Water polo is what brought us together, but the friendship and brotherhood we built is what has kept us close for over 35 years. Every year, we make it a tradition to take our trip to Catalina Island, and I’m always reminded of how grateful I am to have these amazing guys in my life. They’ve seen me at my worst and celebrated me at my best, and through it all, we’ve remained brothers. I love these guys with all my heart and feel truly blessed to call them my hermanos from another mama. Here’s to many more Catalina trips, laughs, memories, and years of friendship! ❤️🍻🌊🏝️ #catalinaisland #twoharborscatalina #highschool #highschoolwaterpolo #homies by @theperuvianmoses
