🔥🏀 WELCOME TO THE FAMILY COACH KRYSTAL B! 🏀🔥

Team Process Elite NXT Pro is proud to officially welcome Coach Krystal B. to our coaching staff!

Coach Krystal is a dedicated student coach at Faith Family Academy, where she continues to lead by example both on and off the court — maintaining an outstanding 4.0 GPA while pursuing her passion for the game. 📚✨

A former two-year Varsity basketball player, her playing career was cut short due to ACL injuries, but true hoopers never lose their love for the game. Instead of stepping away from basketball, she turned adversity into purpose — channeling her passion, knowledge, and determination into becoming an elite coach at a very young age.

Her energy, work ethic, and basketball IQ make her a powerful addition to our culture. And don’t get it twisted… she’s still one of the BEST shooters around 🎯🔥

Coach Krystal represents everything we stand for — resilience, dedication, leadership, and PROCESS over everything.

The future is bright, and we’re excited to watch her grow while helping develop the next generation of DAWGS! 🐾💪

Welcome to the family, Coach Krystal! ❤️💙

🚨🔥 WELCOME COACH CHELSEY J. 🔥🚨

Team Elite NXT Pro is proud to officially welcome Coach Chelsey J. to the family!

Coming all the way from Starkville, Mississippi, Coach Chelsey currently serves as the Head Coach at Irving High School and brings a wealth of experience to our program. She played years of college basketball at Meridian Community College and The University of Southern Mississippi, giving her high-level playing experience that translates directly into her coaching style and leadership.

Coach Chelsey is passionate about the game and deeply committed to her players. She believes in building a strong culture, developing disciplined athletes, and pushing every player to maximize their potential. Player development is a priority for her, and she will go above and beyond to help our kids grow both on and off the court.

We are excited to have her leading and coaching our Middle School (MS) group as we continue building something special at Team Elite NXT Pro.

Let’s give Coach Chelsey J. a BIG Team Elite welcome! 💪🏾🏀🔥

Coach Frank is the definition of PASSION and INTENSITY. He coaches tough. He trains tough. And he brings that same DAWG mentality every single day. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just WORK.

Coming straight out of DeSoto, Coach Franklin played both high school and college basketball — so he understands what it takes to compete, sacrifice, and WIN at the next level. He’s not just teaching drills… he’s building mentality.

If you want to get pushed…
If you want to level up…

🚨🔥 BIG TIME ADDITION TO THE STAFF 🔥🚨

Let’s officially welcome Coach Christian McCoggle to the Team NXT Pro Coaching Staff!

Coach McCoggle brings professional playing experience along with a strong college basketball background, and that type of knowledge is priceless for our program. He understands the grind, the discipline, and what it truly takes to elevate your game to the next level.

He will be working with all of our players, but will be spending extensive time developing our post players — focusing on footwork, finishing through contact, positioning, IQ, toughness, and dominating the paint on both ends of the floor.

This is next-level development for Team NXT Pro.
We don’t just practice… we build COMPLETE players. 💪🏾🏀

Our posts better be ready… because the work is about to go up another level.

Welcome to the FAMILY Coach McCoggle!
