Moving my body has been helping me get out of my head and into a groove. Being on the road all the time, it’s hard to stay consistent but I promised myself I’d try. I’m grateful to have this gym be a place for me to move, sweat, detox in a sauna, and improve my physical strength. #cowboysfit #consistency #grateful #movement by @theradicalrise

This is 37. I feel incredibly blessed, cup full, heart overflowing with love. Thank you to everyone that made my birthday special.. I will never forget this rotation around the sun, the best thus far. Here’s to many more years of gratitude. by @theradicalrise

These boards have seen better days, but I sure have not. From morning rise to night fall, I’m living a dream. Finally learning to surf after 5 years of Baja being my home, time to start catching waves 🤙🌊☀️🌈 #bajaliving by @theradicalrise
