What a sleepy day! ☕️

While we can’t change the weather or how much sleep you got last night, we can fake it!

Today calls for a generous application of Fake Awake Coffee Eye Balm! Infused with soothing calendula and caffeine, this balm helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines and gives a brighter appearance to the eye area.

Stay dry and caffeinate! ✨

As much as I hate to admit that Summer is coming to a close, with the Equinox a week away, it seems it’s time to get into the Fall spirit! 🍂

Here’s where I’ll be in the next few weeks. The events tab on the website has been updated as well with links to the events and more information. I’m looking forward to seeing some familiar and hopefully some new faces! ✨

The hair care collection. Simple ingredients, amazing results. ✨

Dry Shampoo - a clay based powder to absorb oil and freshen your strands. Sprinkle on roots and give a little shake with your fingers or brush through for first day hair on day 3. Lightly scented with juniper, rosemary, orange and bergamot, this travel friendly powder refreshes and buys you days between washes.

Mermaid Hair Texture Spray - a sea salt spray for beachy hair any time of year. Spray on wet hair for grit and texture for a lasting style, mist into curls to help define and hold or spray on dry hair to revive waves and reshape your style.

Simply Rooted Hair Oil - jojoba, camelina and castor oil slow infused with rosemary and burdock for hair and scalp support. Apply to the lengths and ends for a glossy, smoothing effect or use as a scalp treatment on wash day.

✨ New Product Alert! ✨

Simply Rooted Rosemary Mint Hair Oil starts with a slow infusion of rosemary and burdock root to gently stimulate the scalp, strengthen hair and soothe irritation. Burdock contains essential fatty acids that nourish follicles while its silica content increases strength and elasticity. Rosemary is the queen of hair support with her ability to boost growth and density. Recent studies show Rosemary is as effective as popular chemical based hair growth treatments.

The oil itself is a blend of jojoba, castor, camellia and argan. Jojoba balances the scalp and mimics our natural sebum. Camellia oil really shines here, offering a lightweight, silky finish that doesn’t feel heavy or sticky. Castor oil has long been used in Ayurveda for hair health and support and no hair oil would be complete without it. Argan adds shine, reduces frizz and protects the hair from damage.

This oil is light enough to use everyday to smooth strands, tame frizz and support the hair with a few drops. Use a larger amount pre wash, massaging into the scalp and letting it sit for a few hours for a deep stimulating treatment.

I have incredibly fine, thin hair and I’ve been using this for a few weeks now. It’s hasn’t once made my hair look greasy or heavy and I can feel a difference in texture and thickness already.

Available now! ✨

I did an event last weekend and the number one thing people were looking for was help with dry, often itchy skin.

This winter has been brutal, in any number of ways but especially on our skin. The dry air, indoor heating, reduced water intake and harsh wind all take their toll on our skin - both in look and feel.

This time of year calls for rich products, oil heavy emulsions and strong occlusives to lock in the moisture and protect it from the elements.

Body Butter is a classic winter skin go-to. A whipped combo of shea and cocoa butters, coconut oil and olive oil infused with calendula - it’s gentle, effective, protective and creates a barrier between your skin and the air.

Body Oil is my personal favourite way to lock in moisture this time of year. Applied fresh out of the shower or bath, it seals in that water, leaving your skin both hydrated and moisturized.

Red Clover Skin Saver helps to soothe chapped skin and reduce irritation. Infused with clover, calendula, burdock and echinacea, it’s a concentrated balm designed to calm and protect.

It’s almost Spring, we’re in the home stretch but if your skin needs a little extra love in the meantime, I’ve got what you need! ✨

Is it just me or is this the longest winter ever and yet somehow it’s only the beginning of February…? Ugh.

I can’t be the only one tired of breathing dry indoor air, sniffling and constantly thinking I’m getting sick.

Let some plant based supports help you through the next few weeks.

💨 Aromatherapy inhaler for instant breathing support
