Esta es mi Madre Hoy 2026! 😍 My mom raised me with a love and strength that shaped the woman I am today 🤍 Before I even understood mental health, she was already building my self-esteem through love, resilience, culture, and support.

She made sure I felt proud of every part of who I am — especially my Afro-Latina identity — even though it wasn’t her Own lived experience. She understood how important it was for me to grow up confident and secure in myself.

The pride I carry in who I am started with her. Por eso la honro y le agradezco, Siempre✨ by @therapybychiara

Grateful for every season and every chapter that led me here — thankful for this one and for all the others that have shaped me. Nothing wasted, everything held with purpose in God’s plan✨
Always whole — and thankful for a love that adds but never defines. 🤍🌿
