Happy National Therapy Animal Day 🐾💛

Today we celebrate the incredible dogs who bring comfort, connection, and calm to those who need it most. From wagging tails to quiet cuddles, therapy dogs have a special way of making hard days a little brighter.

We are so grateful for every one of our dedicated handlers and their amazing pups who share their time, love, and hearts with our community.

Thank you for helping us make a difference—one visit at a time.

Dogs, Cats, Humans, Kids and Babies - Everyone is Welcome! by @therapydogsunited

Come along with me while we celebrate Jordy at Therapy Dogs United’s 16th annual Bark Celebration event! 🐾

💛 All of this fun has a really important purpose.

Therapy Dogs United relies solely on monetary donations and fundraising events to keep their programs running. There’s no big funding source behind the scenes – just generous hearts who believe in the healing power of a wagging tail and a gentle paw.

Every dollar raised helps therapy dogs like Jordy:
🐶 Visit hospitals, nursing homes, schools, and community programs
💕 Comfort kids who are struggling or scared
🧠 Support mental health, reduce stress, and bring joy where it’s needed most

If you weren’t able to attend but still want to be part of the impact, please consider making a donation, sponsoring a visit, or sharing this post to spread the word.

For Jordy, for all the therapy dogs in their pack, and for every person they help — thank you for supporting Therapy Dogs United. 🐕✨
