Sellers — buyers start forming an opinion about your home almost immediately.

And sometimes, it’s the smallest things that can make them start mentally lowering the price before they’ve even made it through the house.

The good news? You don’t necessarily need a huge renovation budget to make your home show better. A lot of the things I recommend to my sellers are simple, inexpensive changes that just need to happen before the photos and before we hit the market.

Start with paint. Fresh, neutral paint can completely change how clean, bright and updated a home feels. And don’t forget the front door — your entry is one of the first impressions a buyer gets.

Next, fix all of those little things you’ve gotten used to living with.

The dripping faucet.
The loose cabinet handle.
The squeaky door.
The chipped trim.
The burned-out lightbulb.
They may seem insignificant, but buyers notice them. And when they see several small things that haven’t been taken care of, they often start wondering what bigger things may have been overlooked too.

Then declutter more than you think you need to.

Clear off the counters. Pack away family photos and extra décor. Clean out closets and cabinets. You want buyers looking at the space, not everything you have in it.

And finally, clean like you’ve never cleaned before. Baseboards, windows, appliances, grout, light fixtures — all of it. A home that feels incredibly clean also feels like a home that has been well cared for.
None of these things are huge renovations, but together they can completely change a buyer’s first impression of your home.

Thinking about selling? Comment "SELL" or send me a DM and I'll send you my pre listing checklist of what I recommend doing before your home hits the market 🏡

Some journeys take a little longer than others, and that's okay. ❤️

I first started working with these clients back in 2024. We found a home they loved, went mutual... and then it fell through. As disappointing as that was, we didn't give up.

We picked things back up this April, and after months of searching, learning, and waiting for the right opportunity, we're officially submitting an offer on a home that feels like a much better fit.

Real estate isn't always a straight path, but having someone in your corner who will stick with you through every twist and turn makes all the difference. I'm so grateful they've trusted me throughout this entire journey, and I'm crossing my fingers that this is the one! 🤞🏡

Thinking about buying or selling but not sure where to start? I'd love to help guide you every step of the way—no pressure, just honest advice. Send me a message, and let's talk about your goals.

🏡 JUST SOLD | Another Investment Property Closed!

These clients first walked through one of my open houses back in April. We connected, talked through their goals, and today we officially closed on their investment property! 🎉

Thank you for trusting me to help you take this next step in building your real estate portfolio. Whether you're buying your first home, your fifth investment, or you're just starting to explore your options, having the right strategy makes all the difference.

Congratulations again! I can't wait to see what your next investment brings. 🏡✨

📲 Thinking about buying an investment property or curious if real estate is the right move for you? Send me a message and let's talk about your goals and create a plan that works for you.
