Sacred Self Connection for Unruly Women -
Returning to the Magic of the Feminine Path, One Season at a Time 🌙🌱✨
Your Journey Begins Here ⬇️

POSTS STORIES REELS

Welcome to my world, my love 🩷

I’m Kelly, and struggling with the early years of motherhood led me onto a path of deep self discovery, and opened my eyes to just how hard it is for women in this world to truly thrive.

Now, it’s become my soul mission to inspire a new way for women to exist in this world - not just for myself, but for every woman who has ever felt that there must be more to their story than holding everything in their life together whilst falling apart inside of it.

Not through fighting the very systems that want to keep us small, but by being brave enough to take the side exit and dance in a lane of our own. To finally embrace our feminine magic and bring everything back into balance.

So whether you’re just looking for a little inspiration, want some resources to help your journey forward or you’re ready to lean all the way in to crafting a new way of existing….one that *actually* helps you thrive - I can help ✨

It is my absolute pleasure to have you here…

Let’s change the fucking world!

Kelly x

For a long time I’ve been aware that I’ve been afraid to use my power in this way…

It started when I couldn’t say certain things out loud, even to myself in the mirror.

It would be in the moments when I know I should have spoken up but swallowed things down instead.

And then recently, I was at the most wonderful gathering, drumming and making noise around the fire. Noises, whooping, shouting…were all encouraged.

It was a chance to feel into the beat, to the magic of the evening and release, celebrate, feel….

And I couldn’t do it.

I couldn’t make a sound.

Even though a voice in my head was saying ‘go on, just do it!! It’s welcome here, everyone’s doing it, you are ALLOWED’ - any sound I wanted to make sat firmly lodged in my chest.

And in that moment I knew I still had so much work to do to reclaim the power of my own voice.

And I wondered how many other women, just like me, have received a life time of messages to shut up.

To not be hard work, annoying, loud, difficult, outspoken.

And I instantly knew that I had to do something about it. That the next step of my feminine reclamation and fingers up to the society that shut me down would be to get damn comfortable speaking up and using my voice.

Because it is super uncomfortable doing something that challenges the narrative! Even when you KNOW it’s ok!!

And so the very next day, alone in my car, I screamed. As loud as I fucking could. Not in despair, not in anger, just in full on release mode…the lid that had been screwed tight on my chest was finally undone.

And I won’t let it be put back on.

I challenge myself to speak up. I say the hard thing to myself in the mirror. I HONOUR that it’s uncomfortable and I DO IT ANYWAY.

And I regularly scream in the car, just to keep things interesting 😜

What feelings and messages have you absorbed about using the power of your voice? How does it make you feel to speak up and say the hard thing out loud?

Perhaps we can gather and shout out loud together 🔥

The high energies of summer are upon us, as we welcome in the Summer Solstice this weekend 🌞

Each year I am allowing myself to be pulled deeper into the rhythms of the wheel, the energies of the seasons and leaning in to the rhythms of my own cyclical nature…and as I do, I feel more at peace and more at home in who I am and how I function.

It’s like I’ve allowed my own inner seasons to recalibrate to those of my original source….Mother Nature. And finally understanding what it means to reclaim myself as part of that, rather than as something separate from it.

I am finally learning to hum in tune with the bigger rhythms of the world 🌱 and it’s been the biggest gift to myself!

How are the summer energies resonating within yourself this year? Are you feeling alive, or is something resisting, asking for acknowledgement?

I’d love to know how you’re leaning in to it all….let me know below! ⬇️

Some thoughts that have been mulling around in my head recently….

Maybe we’ve been so focussed on trying to make ourselves fit into boxes (even ones that feel a bit more feminine, a bit more radical, a bit more US) only to realise that by doing so we’re still doing the exact thing that society want us to do…

Making ourselves smaller to fit into the linear, patriarchal system we live in.

Maybe the most simple way to reclaim the feminine path is to remember what you really are…and that’s absolutely EVERYTHING.

You are all of it, my love 🩷

I think we’re conditioned to believe that anything we need has to be obtained by fighting for it. That the results we want need to be won….And to be the winner proves our worthiness of the thing we desired.

When I started realising just how much the systems of our modern society were designed around the masculine, with no thought, understanding or space for the existence of the feminine, I thought the best way to come out on top and feel good about who I was in my life was to become as masculine as I could and fight fire with fire. To win.

It was exhausting, and I’d failed before I even began. And I then made that all about me and how I simply must not be good enough to deserve the life I wanted.

But then it dawned on me…I was playing a game DESIGNED for me to lose.

Trying to outdo the very system that thrives on women being small.

And I realised the only way for me to be the woman I want to be was to create a system for myself that actually allowed it.

No more fighting to try and prove my worth. No more constantly existing in the masculine when my true power lay in my femininity.

I simply decided I was worthy and took the side exit straight toward building a life around the feminine instead.

Imagine the fall-out if thousands of women suddenly did the same? How many industries would fall if women suddenly felt great just as they were?!

If you’re still feeling like life is a fight and you’d really quite like a damn break - I just want you to know that at any point you feel ready to take it, there is a side door waiting for you too.

And it leads straight to your feminine power✨

If motherhood opened my eyes to one thing, it was to how damn capable us women are. It was pretty eye opening to see how we literally held the world together yet still bought into the narrative that we were never quite enough.

Who the hell does that serve, exactly?!

Not us, that’s for sure!

And so it’s been my mission ever since to learn how to move in a way that DOES serve me.

To be aware of all the things that try to keep me stuck in a place where I’m holding everything together but falling apart inside of it. And to do the exact opposite.

To step away from the expectations of a masculine society and lead from a place of feminine power.

I don’t always get it right, I’m still learning as I go, but I’m no longer here to play by the rules of a society that wasn’t built to see me thrive.

When women learn to move with their own rhythms, they become unstoppable.

If you’re ready to show up in a different way and walk the path of life leaning into your feminine gifts, you’re in the right place ✨

I bet you knew straight away didn’t you!

Of course you did, because it’s YOU.

Whenever we think of all the people we want to show up for in our lives, we never think of ourselves. We’re simply not taught that we need to nurture our own needs too.

In fact we often feel totally uncomfortable doing it. And then we wonder why we feel lost, disconnected, unsure of our paths or what we truly want…or even who we really are.

Our own needs, wants and desires simply get shoved away.

But I can guarantee you this…

Anyone in your life that’s truly deserving of all the greatness you have to give, will absolutely want you to be giving some of it to yourself ✨

As we head full throttle into the active, doing, masculine seasons of the year, don’t forget to point a little of that energy towards loving on yourself and meeting your own needs too 🩷

You always deserve to be top of your own list!

Motherhood is the hardest thing I have ever done.

I completely lost myself inside it and it took everything I had to find my way forward.

And from that space of feeling the weight of everything on my shoulders, I became the one that held everything together - all of the things, all of the time - whilst silently falling apart myself.

And the brain space required to keep on keeping on meant there was nothing left to be who I truly wanted to be. I simply couldn’t fathom how I was supposed to carry so much responsibility and be the carefree, joyful person I used to be. The version of me I wish my boys could see.

And now it’s this desire that keeps me going when things get tough. When the world starts to feel too heavy, as inevitably it always does. I don’t want my boys to see me as the mum that always sat on the side.

I want them to see what I am capable of when I allow myself the space, support and self love to make it happen. I want them to see the value in women NOT having to carry the weight of everything for everyone. I want them to know what it looks like when a woman truly stands in her power 🔥

I want them to know ME.

If you’re nodding along and want this for you and your kiddies too, I send FREE weekly wisdom to women just like you every Monday, to help you achieve just this 🩷

Being everything I thought I had to be completely broke me.

I built the life I thought I should want, played the roles the way I thought they should be played….and I was holding everything together whilst falling apart inside of it all.

It’s taken me a long time build a life I actually desire. To become the person that actually feels like myself.

And I know now that the rules and expectations were never set to help us thrive. They were just there to make us comply.

If you’ve been ticking all the right boxes whilst slowly losing your way, there is another option.

It is possible to start moving through life in a way that feels like home. To start listening to your own heart, your own intuition, move with your innate cycles and feel deeply rooted within your own life.

It’s so hard to surrender to the rhythms when it feels like everything is falling apart.

You just want to know why everything is happening the way it is and gain some semblance of control over your life.

But sometimes, the harder we hold on the more painful the journey.

Perhaps if we can lean in, even just a little way, into the idea that perhaps this season of pain or chaos was necessary, we can start to focus not on the things that were slipping away or changing, but on the space that was being made for the great new things coming your way.

On the person we became through the growth.

On the gifts we received for travelling through the dark.

Of the wisdom the journey bough forth.

Every season brings with it a choice to fight, or surrender, and to make magic in the middle of it all ✨

If you’ve been living your life with the permanent pressure of being a Good Girl….I’m sure you’re as tired of it as I am.

And yet, the instinct to keep playing it runs deep.

Have you ever considered that most of that pressure is now just in your head? That narratives you’ve been fed from your earliest days are what shaped who you now show up as?

As young girls we may have absorbed what we were told…of course we would have done - but you’re an adult now.

You get to decide if those stories are worth your time.

If they don’t serve you in the way that you want, it’s ok to let them go.

Easy? No.

But totally and utterly OK. And actually, bloody life changing 🔥

Good bye Good Girl Era!
