“Auxiliary leg day” refers to a workout or training session that focuses on exercises meant to supplement or support the main leg day routine. It’s typically used to target specific muscle groups or movements that might not be emphasized during a regular leg workout. For example, an auxiliary leg day might focus on smaller muscles, mobility, or rehab exercises for balance and injury prevention, or could include accessory exercises like calf raises, lunges, or hamstring curls. It’s essentially a secondary leg-focused workout to enhance overall leg strength and muscle development. by @therecsports
