Proud of myself today for another week of dedication. Gained weight this week, in muscle and excess water weight for intentional hydration. Wanted to also thank my boss Cassondra for being flexible with my schedule and allowing the time for me to go and support employee health by giving EOS premium membership too!!! by @crownvic_theking

On a journey to feel better physically and hopefully live a long healthy life. Proud of myself and grateful for my husband who walks with me daily and works out with me. Great time this weekend at #midsummerscream 3rd year being part of #nightoftheluvingdead Thank you @horrorbuzz for including us @davidmarkland for a great convention and @thepeacheschrist for a great event! Thank you @jenniiscrafty for being such a great creative partner, helping us look on point and bringing Raddix to life. Feeling appreciated by my boss and colleagues today. Every time I receive an award I question do i actually deserve the recognition. Tears of joy. I truly enjoy helping people heal and find hope and part of that means helping colleagues where I can. Days like this remind me I made the right choice and in switching careers.
