I started making videos @thereflectionbloom with purpose🌹 It was to prepare you all for what I’ve been working on. I’ve been writing a book for the past couple of months that would showcase my most important seasons of life. This book is so personal to me as it is a testimony to who I am becoming and how I made it out of a very dark place with the help of God. He and I wrote this book to not only share my story but to help YOU all gain understanding of your own. I’d like to take you through a 7 day journey of self discovery and deep reflection. Before her, there was loss. After her, there was healing.

I thought motherhood would come naturally, but God had to heal the parts of me that fear had touched first.

This week has been a reminder that forgiveness also has to be extended to yourself. 🌹

I’ve been practicing letting go of guilt, reflecting deeper, and allowing myself to heal gently instead of being so hard on myself for who I used to be.

and your patterns are what keep you stuck in the same cycles.

Growth isn’t just about wanting better,
it’s about responding differently when it actually matters.
