A little childhood dream unlocked. 🎀✨ When I was little, I would beg my mom for a dollar at the supermarket so I could put it in the sticker machine and hopefully get the unicorn sticker I had been dreaming about. I still remember the excitement of pushing in the quarters and waiting to see which one came out. And now… I HAVE MY VERY OWN STICKER MACHINE. And I may be just as excited about it now as I was back then. Introducing our Surprise Sticker Machine at Rock Paper Scissors! Come into the shop, buy 2 tokens, give it a push and see which sticker you get! You never know what’s coming out next… and that’s half the fun. by @therockpaperscissors

Here’s something I’ve noticed about the most successful women I know: they’re often the ones still quietly convinced they have no idea what they’re doing. This week’s guest, Lauren Rauter, has built three brands and run a boutique for over 20 years. And on the record, she called herself “hot mess express,” admitted her imposter syndrome is very real, and said she still feels like she’s winging it half the time. But here’s the thing — she’s not winging it. She’s pivoting. Every hard season pushed her somewhere new: a lost account became a wholesale brand, a shutdown became a balloon business that paid the rent, a spring-break idea from her teenage daughter became a whole new company. Maybe confidence was never the requirement. Maybe it’s just the willingness to keep adjusting and not quit. What’s something you built while feeling completely unqualified to build it? 👇 by @therockpaperscissors
Baby shower of our dreams 🦋 My heart is so full after yesterday. We are beyond grateful for everyone who came to celebrate our sweet Frankie and for all the love that already surrounds her. A huge thank you to Momma Hall and my sister, Maddie for making all of this possible and pouring so much love into every single detail. You both went above and beyond to create the most beautiful day for us, and it was more than we ever could have imagined. Only my mom would spend her birthday weekend celebrating someone else. Your selflessness, generosity, and the way you love your family so intentionally never go unnoticed. Frankie is already so lucky to have you as her Kit Kit, and we are endlessly thankful for everything you do for us. Thank you to our incredible family and friends who came early to help set everything up, stayed late to help tear it all down, and jumped in wherever they were needed. It truly takes a village, and we felt so loved every step of the way. Thank you also to everyone who traveled from out of town just to celebrate with us. Having so many of our favorite people in one room was the greatest gift. We already know Frankie is coming into a world filled with so much love, and we can’t wait for her to meet all of you. 🤍 Pictures coming soon! by @therockpaperscissors

No matter how successful I become, the greatest title I’ll ever have is being her mom. 💕 This business, the late nights, the dreams, the chaos — it all means nothing without her by my side. Watching her grow up while building this brand together has been the biggest blessing of my life. She is my why behind everything. And no accomplishment will ever compare to hearing “Mom.” Happy Mother’s Day to all the mamas building dreams while raising their babies — you are doing more than you know. ✨ by @therockpaperscissors
