AI form tracker and rep counter. Train without the guesswork
POSTS STORIES REELS
Therox is the AI form tracker that counts your reps and checks your form using your phone camera, on device. Prop your phone up, pick the exercise, and train. It tells you what to fix while you are still moving. After end of each set, you can check your form score, where something went wrong. Early access is open at therox.app. Images are AI-generated. You can find lots of demo videos in this account. Cheers 🥂 #fitnesstech #fitnessmotivation #ai by @therox.app
Is your lateral raise actually a row? Phew, it was a good observation, feels like for years I have been doing things wrong. Mine was. I did 3 sets of lateral raises facing my phone and let Therox judge every rep. The check I kept failing was Arms, which measures how much your elbow bends during the raise. The target is 25° or less. Rep 13: 59.3°. Flagged mid-set. Rep 15: 23.5°, with my arm up to 123.2°. Clean. The fix it gave me after the set: keep a soft but steady elbow. Bending it turns the raise into a row. Every raise gets five checks: height, return, arms, lowering and drive. Reps count live, and a rep with small mistakes still counts and gets the cue on the same rep. Your footage never leaves your phone. Therox isn't out yet. Early access is open at therox.app, link in bio. Every swing, on the record. Therox is an AI form tracker that counts your reps and checks your form using your phone camera, on device. This clip is a real kettlebell swing set, recorded in the app. Three things happen during it. 1. Tracking. 17 body points are followed through every rep, from a side view, on the phone itself. 2. Live feedback. When a check drifts, the joints turn red and a voice cue calls out the fix. A rep with small mistakes still counts, and the cue lands on the same rep. Coaching should not cost you the rep. 3. Replay. After the set, every check is laid out against its target. In rep 2: lockout 178.4° against a target of 168° or more, back angle 89.5° against 75° or less, and drive 2.71 s against 0.2 to 1.2 s. Your footage never leaves your phone. Squats, hinges, presses, overhead work, pulls, rows, arms and shoulders. Free to start, with early access open now at therox.app. #FitnessTech #AI #ComputerVision #BuildInPublic #strengthtraining by @therox.app
Free to start. Join early access list through the link in bio. Every swing, on the record. This is a real kettlebell set, filmed in the app. Therox follows 17 points on your body through your phone camera, counts every rep, and calls out the fix while you are still moving. Reps 1 and 2 were flagged on the back. They still counted, and the cue came on the same rep. Then the replay lays out every check against its target: lockout 178.4°, back 89.5°, lowering 1.42 s, drive 2.71 s. Your footage never leaves your phone. #formcheck #gymmotivation #kettlebell #strengthtraining #fitness by @therox.app

Day 72 @therox.app update: I was working on LLMs.txt, then it didn't actually work out as expected. So day 73, I will be working on LLMs.txt, but the most important part is, this is the first time I took the app to the real life test and it actually performed really good, except for the deadlift, which I think needs to be calibrated and needs to be tested. Although I was super late for the gym and the next day was a work day, so I had to cut short the workout. But it was actually amazing. It is tracking, it is scoring, it is providing you live feedback on your phone, in your earplugs, in your headphones. It is suggesting you if you need to straighten your back, if you need to raise your arms, if you need to straighten your arms, and if you need to fix your drive. So literally it is giving you almost all the cues that are needed - to fix your form while you are in between the repetitions in a set. So we are super, super, excited and we will be putting forward more tests, more training and more into @therox.app Let's keep moving! #ai #fitness #machinelearning #buildinpublic by @therox.app
This is how @therox.app was named. Therion - The Beast. Ox the animal and a dominant ending in the fitness realm. Thus Therox got the name as the AI fitness app. We are hyped, we are very very stoked on this. #ai #buildinpublic #claude by @therox.app
