Running changed my world....more accurately running the Detroit Free Press in '24 changed my world.

There is no better parable for life. No one can run it for you. 2 years of wins and losses. More failures than ever before, but that's where the growth happens.

Be completely unreasonable. Chase the real you!

'27 gonna be a dog walk....

Show Up tired, Show Up scared, Show Up hungover, Show Up hungry, Show Up undertrained, Show Up scared, Show Up even when you are close to certain you are going to lose.

We never know what can happen when we refuse to quit showing up for ourselves!

All limits are self imposed. Be exactly who you say you are!

Chase your best self!
