Wow… what an incredible day yesterday was, still feels like a dream!

First off, I want to thank the amazing @miamidolphins organization and @hardrockstadium for making my family and me feel so welcomed and loved. This was truly one of the coolest experiences ever and thank you to everyone for all the love and incredible messages!

I grew up coming to this stadium as a kid, watching the Dolphins play (and the Marlins back then too!) and I remember seeing the singers perform the national anthem and thinking, “That’s going to be me one day.”
Fast forward nearly 15 years later… coming back here to sing it myself, doing what I love, with the people I love by my side! It was such an honor and so special!

Thank y’all for having me! 🫶❤️ by @theryrivers

Man first Dolly now this... @johnanderson will always be the soundtrack to my youth..Rides in dads's truck out to the farm, this song was always on rotation. His voice was distinct, his message was pure, and for me - he'll always be the soundtrack of the Everglades and real Florida. Rest Easy and condolences to his family. by @theryrivers

Well last night I made my @bluebirdcafetn debut, and it was everything I ever thought it would be. Surrounded by so many talented writers, artists, friends, and family in the audience, I’ve never felt more at home performing.

My friend @tiasillers once told me that the Bluebird was her church, and after last night, I completely understand what she meant. There’s just something sacred about that little room.

It was a surreal moment as we all sat down for soundcheck, and I looked around the room, thinking about all the country music icons who have played on these sacred grounds. I think the thing I struggled with most the whole night was just trying to be present in the moment and take it all in so that it didn’t fly by!

I honestly have not stopped smiling since the show.

Thank you to everyone who came out to the show, my copilot for the evening @jeffralstonguitar, and my amazing team at @bmi and @_shannonsanders for making this happen.

And to the Nashville songwriting community, thank you for welcoming this Florida boy with open arms. The friendships, kindness, encouragement, and incredible people I’ve met along this journey mean more to me than I could ever put into words.

I feel incredibly blessed to be surrounded by such a wonderful team and community, and I’m just so damn grateful I get to chase this dream.

Cheers to many more! by @theryrivers
