The many moments of Bridgeport's Seaside Park, as captured by one photo every day for an entire year.

POSTS STORIES REELS

March 7. Hey guys, it’s been a minute! One year ago I gave birth to my son. To honor sweet Zion and all he has taught me, I created a small black and white series of prints, each a different tree from Seaside Park. This collection represents life, growth, and deep rooted love. Each is numbered and hand stamped in red, an homage to China, where Zion’s story really began. I’ve packaged the 7 prints individually with a note and will be dropping them on doorsteps throughout Bridgeport randomly, tomorrow. I hope whomever receives one will enjoy it, and feel the love and connection. ❤️ by @theseasides

Hi friends! Super excited to share what I've been up to since the end of the project - creating The Seasides merch! This is 1 / 15 in the postcard series, printed with love by @hartfordprints. These and more items for sale on Oct 31 at the @black_rock_farmers_market and on Nov 13 at The Seasides Opening Reception during the BPT Art Trail. Hope to see you there! #theseasides #bridgeport by @theseasides

August 31. ONE YEAR! This milestone is full of emotion for me. Not necessarily because of the dedication it took to get through the past 365 days, but because of my profound connection to these beautiful surroundings, to the richness of the city’s history, to the businesses, activities, and comforts, of our vibrant community.

More than anything, it’s the people. That’s you guys. All of you—the humans who continue to gather around a collective vision for Bridgeport, and for each other. It is an honor to be a part of this amazing community. A place where anything is possible, and everything is happening. A place I'm proud to call home. #theseasides #bridgeport by @theseasides

August 30. Finding my way through the last couple photos. Could not have done it without all your kind comments and support over the past year. This undertaking came with challenges and rewards, though more of the latter. It's given me a newfound respect for the beauty that is contained in these many acres of land and sea. I hope that it encourages you to visit Seaside Park and Bridgeport often, in every season, to make your own memories. On that note, I hope to see you tomorrow at 6:30pm at the bathhouse for one last sunset. #theseasides #bridgeport by @theseasides

August 24. Cool discovery this eve. A solar panel field is being installed at the highest peak of the park, between the harbor and the Sound, hidden behind high grasses. Yay for solar energy in Bridgeport! #theseasides #bridgeport by @theseasides

August 23. Accompanied by the lovely local Miss Catherine today, who was previously a lifeguard here at Seaside. She now teaches swimming at the YMCA and shares a passion for Bridgeport photography, and for the city itself. Oh and thanks for a great show today @surfpartyapocalypse and @wpkn895! #theseasides #bridgeport by @theseasides
