Sacred Water Remembrance was a journey that came through as I crossed the river to see my sister @water_whisperer_laura after a little microdose 🍄 & a lot of information coming through.

As we sat & watched the waves of the ocean, the message was clear - this work needs to be shared 🦋

There are many answers, so much intelligence & so much life lives in this element we meet every single day.

And yet there’s so much of our collective waters we also do not know. The majority of our deep oceans are unexplored & what a reminder of how much mystery also exists in the depths 🌊

Together with @water_whisperer_laura we held a container for women to soften, cleanse, relinquish, transform, relax and restore their relationship with the deeply feminine quality of water: the part that flows and yields, that holds her ferocity and her calm, that carries all the intelligence of life.

From the depths of my heart & womb, I feel so grateful to invite women on these journeys, where they connect with themselves, with each other, & with something beyond that they may not meet every day. Here they remember & access what is always there for them when they’re receptive & listening.

These waters were pure magic!✨

🐺 the next Wild Women Remembrance Journey @theshantispace is 19 - 23 May 2027

A NIGHT OF ALCHEMY
INTENTION | KIRTAN | COMMUNITY

NEXT: 6pm, SUNDAY 1 NOVEMBER 2026

With Artists: @withjessicamaria & @jackweavermusic, @reachel.singh & @baltazarmolina9

Gather in community, meditation & kirtan as we honour the divine, elevate & unite our spirits in song.

Bhakti Yoga, the path of devotion, is the method of Self-Realisation through the way of love. It shows one how to lose oneself in devotion, making love with the divine, without losing one’s footing in life!

“Kirtan” is derived from a Sanskrit root meaning to call, recite, praise, or glorify, put simply, kirtan is the act of praising and glorifying divinity.

We welcome you warmly!

I have over 500 shots and clips from this last retreat in my camera roll from the pov of 14 new yoga besties (from 9 different countries!!), but I truly don’t feel any of them express the depth of pure joy, inner child healing and love that was felt this past week.

Holding this space was a dream come true, as a yoga teacher but more importantly as a human being. My cheeks hurt from laughing, my soul feels refreshed, and my heart is so grateful I could cry (again).

What a gift to feel so in my element and find people who move through the world like this. thank you to my queen co-host @dafnaflows for walking this path with me + balancing my fire 😉 thank you @theshantispace for being a home in the best way, and to @oneofus_kitchen for the most delicious food.

And of course endless gratitude to our incredible participants for believing in us, playing with us and being so open and REAL. I love you all.

Most importantly, may the blessings and light created on this retreat ripple outward to touch all of humanity and all beings everywhere 🩵

Next up Nicaragua April 2027! 🤭🫶

2 weeks ago I made a big decision and one week ago I entered the Shanti Space. A space that was initially unfamiliar to me, but that very quickly became a place where my heart felt safe and open again, after months and years, of closing down. Before this trip, I had reached a place where I felt so lost. Not only lost in the physical world, but also lost within myself.

This trip wasn’t just a yoga retreat for me, it was a way to find trust within myself again. A way to reconnect with my body and with myself which is exactly what I did and what I got.

Thank you to everyone who was part of this journey. I couldn’t have asked for a better group to experience this with. Every single one of you taught me something that I know I’ll carry with me forever.

Thank you to my beautiful teachers @yogigyle & @dafnaflows , who brought the perfect balance of yin and yang, made me fall in love with yoga, and got me excited to wake up at 7am for practice 🙈

Thank you to the @theshantispace for having us and for creating a place where I could slow down enough to come back to myself 🙏🏼

And a special thank you to myself. For doing everything I promised myself I would do. For listening to that little voice that told me I needed this. For showing up for myself, even when I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for. And for never giving up on myself 🌀🩵🌞 by @theshantispace

💌 today’s affirmation: I am loving awareness

4 days into hosting the Return to Roots in Portugal and feeling the most in my element, so deeply grateful and in love with this group, this life and every crazy choice I made to get here.

Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu
May all beings everywhere be happy and free.

☮️🪷🧚🏼‍♀️💌🧘🏼‍♀️🌀🌺

special thanks to @dafnaflows for bringing this to life with me, @theshantispace for hosting us and to my friends @alyssangoldberg @kimihajian for hosting their retreats here and recommending it - IG can be used for so much good!!! by @theshantispace

Another week at @theshantispace, another group, and another reminder of why I love doing this work so much.

Seven days of touching, learning, giving, receiving, laughing, going very deep, and slowly becoming more comfortable with what it means to really meet another human being through the body.

Thank you to everyone who came to this training and trusted the process. I know it takes something to let yourself be seen, touched and challenged in this way. It was beautiful to watch how this group came together and how much changed over the course of the week ❤️

And of course, I couldn’t do these trainings the way I do them without my team. @somabysofi, @nandini.wisdom, @physicologyldn and @ilinca89, thank you for being there, for taking care of so many things behind the scenes and for bringing your own presence into the space.

Thank you @theshantispace for giving us such a beautiful place to do this work. And Zoe from @wild_delicacies for feeding us so well throughout the week.

I’m already missing this group.

And I’m already looking forward to the next one.

Next retreat is less than a month away & I am feeling more & more of the uplifting energy that percolates as a coven of women gather intentionally 🌀

The elements. The trees. The space. The sisterhood.

All in one great melting pot of greater love, connection & clarity 💦
