Mental toughness is drilled into athletes from day one—but what about mental health? Too often, the pressure to perform overshadows the struggles happening off the field. The Silent Injury is here to change that.

Mental health should be as much a part of the game as training and recovery. It’s time to make conversations about anxiety, burnout, and stress as normal as talking about game-day strategy. Because no athlete should have to struggle in silence.

Why does this matter? Because too many athletes are struggling in silence. The pressure, the expectations, the weight of it all—it’s more than just the game. The stats say it, but the real stories say even more. Athletes have spoken, and TSI is here because they deserve to be heard.

From those who felt alone in their struggles to those who found strength in this community, we’re here to make sure no one fights this battle alone. Mental health in sports is real, and so is the support.

💬 We encourage you to share your story. Your voice could be the reason someone else finds the courage to speak up.
