“What do you want to do with this room?”

I want to fill it. 🌷

Not just with flowers, workshops or pretty things.

I want to fill it with people who need a little pause from the noise in their heads.

A space where our anxieties can take a back seat.
Where overthinking can wait for a few hours.
Where we put our phones down, make something with our hands, sip something nice and have conversations that don’t need to go anywhere.

I want to build a little community around slow living — people who want more happy days, more creating, more laughing, more being present.

And if a room full of flowers is where we start…
I think that’s a pretty good beginning. 🌷☕️

Welcome to Slow Sundays. 🤍

Last Sunday, we slowed down. 🌷☕️

Our very first Slow Sundays was a little experiment in doing less — and it turned out to be exactly what we hoped it would be.

We spent the afternoon making flower bouquets, taking our time with every stem and every little detail. No rushing. No scrolling. No checking our phones every few minutes.

Just flowers, coffee, lovely conversations, and the simple joy of making something with our hands.

Everyone settled into their own little rhythm, and for a few hours, the world felt a little quieter.

This was only the beginning. 🌿
Here’s to many more slow Sundays, and many more reasons to pause, make, talk, sip and simply be.

Thank you to everyone who came and made our first one so special. 🤍
