What do people feel when you walk into a room?

I can’t stop thinking about that today. @spincolondon_

When I walk through those doors, I smile. I say good morning. I introduce myself to people I’ve never met. I encourage the person beside me. And when I’m leaving and the next class is walking in, I tell them, “Have a great ride.”

Nothing huge. Nothing forced. It’s just who I am.

So reading the words SPINCO used to describe me hit me differently.

Because they don’t know my whole story. They don’t know what I’ve walked through, what I carry, or what life looks like when I leave those doors.

They only know how my presence makes them feel.

And maybe that’s something we should all think about a little more.

Not “Do people notice me when I walk into a room?”

But “How do people feel because I walked into it?”

Be the person who smiles.
Be the person who speaks.
Be the person who makes someone feel welcome.
Be the person who leaves a little bit of light behind.

Because your presence will introduce your heart long before your story ever does.

Thank you, SPINCO, for seeing me and for creating a space where I can show up exactly as I am. This community has given me so much more than a workout, and I’m incredibly grateful for every single person who has been a part of it. 🤍

And above everything, thank You, God. For every room You place me in and every opportunity You give me to leave a little bit of Your light behind.

And if you know me, you know I barely participate in that final stretch 😂 — those 2min 30 seconds are between me and God, and judging by the way He’s been moving in my life… those prayers are working. 🤍🙏🏽

The internet taught people to check numbers.
God taught me to check fruit.🍉

Not followers. Not likes. Not views. Not how good it looks online.

Where is the fruit?

What does your life produce when nobody is watching?
Love. Peace. Discipline. Kindness. Integrity. Self-control. How do you treat people?
How do you move when nobody is watching?
That’s the flex.

Because numbers can be bought.
Appearances can be curated.
But fruit doesn’t lie. 🍎

Cute outfit. Heavy message. And I know EXACTLY who I belong to. ✝️

CITIZEN OF HEAVEN.

My oldest daughter surprised me with this hoodie, and the message means more than she probably knows. A reminder that my identity isn’t rooted in this world — never has been, never will be.

And Sunday SPINCO with three of my friends on the side bar?! Literally the BEST feeling. 🥹🖤

Sunday service. Different uniform. Same God.

You’ve watched me do 100… maybe it’s time to see what all the obsession is about. 😏🔥 by @thesnatchedboss

HIS timing is perfect. ✝️🙏🏾

I SAID 100 BEFORE 30 DAYS. I MEANT IT. 🔥

On September 18th, I celebrated my 75th ride and set a goal for myself: 25 more rides in less than 30 days.

27 days later… I clipped in for RIDE 100. 🚲💯

25 rides. 27 days. Goal fucking crushed. 😭🔥

I’m so damn proud of myself. Not just because I hit 100, but because I made a commitment to myself and I kept showing up. Early mornings, tired days, busy days, days I felt like going and days I absolutely did not — I still clipped in.

SPINCO @spincolondon_ has become so much more than a workout for me. It has taught me discipline, consistency and what happens when you stop negotiating with yourself and just SHOW UP.

And somehow this milestone got even sweeter…

My girl Sarah @sarah_paray — my OG client turned SPINCO bestie 🥹🖤 — hit her 50TH RIDE on the SAME DAY!!!

Watching her absolutely kill it and getting to celebrate 100 + 50 together made this one extra special.

100 for me. 50 for her. SAME DAY. 🚲🔥

Next goal loading… because apparently I don’t know how to sit down anymore. 😂

So freaking proud of us, Sarah. 🖤

100 RIDES DOWN. LET’S FUCKING GO. 🚲🔥 by @thesnatchedboss

EVERYBODY CLAPS FOR YOUR BULLSHIT.
WATCH WHO GOES QUIET WHEN YOU START CHANGING YOUR LIFE.

Post the drama.
Post your ass.
Post yourself drunk.
Post the toxic shit.
Post absolutely nothing of substance—

everybody has something to say.

But post discipline.
Post God.
Post growth.
Post early mornings.
Post working on your body instead of displaying it.
Post fixing your finances.
Post building your business.
Post becoming a better parent.
Post actually doing what you said you were going to do—

and watch how fucking quiet it gets.

I notice.

I also notice the people who send the random “I’m proud of you.”

The memes that remind them of what I’m working toward.

The Scripture.

The “keep going.”

The quiet encouragement when there’s absolutely nothing in it for them.

Those are my people.

I don’t need applause.

But I absolutely pay attention to who celebrates the bullshit and goes silent for the growth.

And for the record, I don’t post my life for validation.

I post it for accountability.

I’m not wasting hours doom scrolling through everybody else’s fake shit while neglecting my own life.

I said I wanted different.

So I’m doing different.

I post the workouts.
The prayers.
The business.
The motherhood.
The discipline.
The uncomfortable growth.

Not because I need you to watch.

Because I need ME to follow through.

My life doesn’t need to look good on Instagram.

My actual life needs to BE good.

This isn’t a highlight reel.

These are my fucking receipts.
( pardon my language) 🥰⚡️🔋🙏🏾

Stay tuned. Turning it up 🐐🚴🏽🔐 by @thesnatchedboss

I post every day because discipline requires accountability. 🔒 I’m keeping the promises I made to myself.

And to everyone commenting, DMing me, sending love and motivation—thank you. 🤍 Knowing that my journey is motivating some of you too makes me want to keep going even harder.

We’re holding each other accountable. ✝️🤍

My baby is officially a Grade One girl. 🥹🙏🏽✝️🤍
She was nervous 🥹

Rylee is truly my miniature me — but somehow, God made her an even better version. Her heart is so big. She’s sweet, caring, thoughtful, and one of my favourite things about her is how deeply grateful she is for the smallest things. She reminds me constantly that the little moments are actually the BIG ones. 🙏🏽

Last night we let her stay up late and surprised her with fireworks to celebrate this new chapter. 🎆✨ Watching her little eyes light up and seeing how special she felt is a memory I know she’ll carry with her forever… and so will I.

There is something so beautiful about watching your child become everything you prayed she would be — and then watching God add even more. 🤍

Grade One, here she comes. 🥹📚
May God protect her, guide her, surround her with kindness, and keep that beautiful heart exactly as it is.

“For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.” — Psalm 91:11 🙏🏽

This verse goes everywhere with her. I wrote it on her lunch bag, her water bottle, her thermos and her backpack. I told her, “Mommy put it on everything so you always know that God is with you and protecting you, even when I’m not there.” 🥹🙏🏽

Her response? “MOM 💕 that is so sweet.” 😂🥹
And THAT is my girl. Grateful for even the smallest gesture.

My little answered prayer. My miniature me. My better version.
God, cover her everywhere she goes. 🤍🙏🏽✨ by @thesnatchedboss

Lately, @spincolondon_ has become so much more than a workout to me. 🤍 It’s been therapy. It’s where I clear my mind, lay my worries at God’s feet, and leave feeling lighter than when I walked in. Every ride reminds me that taking care of the body God gave me is a blessing, but even more importantly, it restores my heart and mind. So grateful for this season and for every opportunity to become stronger—inside and out. ✨🙏 #SundayReset #gratefultogod❤️ #withhimallthingsarepossible by @thesnatchedboss

Today my sweet Rylee graduated from Kindergarten and is officially on her way to Grade One. 🤍🎓

Watching you grow has been the greatest privilege of my life, but nothing fills my heart more than watching your love for God. At such a young age, your faith is something truly special. You talk to God every single day, you remind me to pray, and you trust Him with the kind of confidence that only a child can have. It amazes me.

As your mom, I pray that no matter how much you grow, how much you learn, or where life takes you, you never lose that beautiful childlike faith. I pray you always know that your worth comes from Him, that His plans for your life are greater than anything you could imagine, and that His love will never leave you.

The world will teach you many things, but I pray you will always choose kindness, lead with compassion, stand firm in your faith, and let God’s light shine through you wherever you go.

“I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.” — 3 John 1:4 🤍

Congratulations, my beautiful girl. Mommy is beyond proud of the little person you are becoming. Keep talking to God, keep asking questions, keep believing, and keep letting Jesus lead your heart.

Here’s to Grade One and all the incredible plans God has for you. I love you more than words could ever express. ✨🎓✝️🤍 Love Mom Baba and Aaliyah @aaliyahempress by @thesnatchedboss

A year ago, this girl pushed me harder than I had ever been pushed before. She convinced me to step outside my comfort zone and try ride classes at GoodLife. At the time, I had no idea that one simple decision would completely change my relationship with fitness.

Not long after, I was gifted SPINCO classes by someone very special, and that was the beginning of a great love story. A love story with movement, discipline, growth, and proving to myself that I am capable of so much more than I thought.

What amazes me most is watching her every single day. Up at 5 AM. Crushing a workout before most people have even hit snooze. Home to pack lunches, get her kids ready for school, and then off to work by 9 AM. Day after day. No excuses. Just consistency.

God absolutely placed her in my life for a reason. We challenge each other, motivate each other, laugh until we cry, and somehow our energy just syncs. It’s rare to find friendships that make you want to become a better version of yourself, and I never take that for granted.

Thank you for pushing me when I didn’t know I needed it. Thank you for showing me what discipline looks like. Thank you for being the kind of friend who inspires simply by being yourself.

Love you, girl. Here’s to more early mornings, more ride classes, more growth, and more memories. 🚴‍♀️✨💕 by @thesnatchedboss
