The premiere of Whalefall. The main takeaways of this film for me were (1) respect for nature (2) overcoming grief and (3) the power of human resilience. by @thesoniavibe

SAN FRAN SPEEDY TRIP - to see one of the besties, giggles, feasts, hikes, connection, meeting his new besties and lots of love 🌈💓 by @thesoniavibe

$In the midst of planning the next @wearcommando gifting suite and AW23\SS24 preview, here are a few pics from last years event which was so much fun. I love working for @juliademetrioupr. I also loved the creativity from @nicolesmallwoodstylist . We held the event in the penthouse of the Mandrake Hotel. @juliademetrioupr and I are looking forward to seeing some familiar faces, meeting new people and showcasing the collection next week. by @thesoniavibe$

Portugal - where I’m certain I’ve left my soul. Estoril and Cascais are super cute chill coastal towns. With a little bit of Lisbon seafront raving thrown in. ♥️ by @thesoniavibe

Overcoming fears in magical nature: I’m currently in Sweden where I helped one of my besties @happysoulyoga on her first retreat at the former house of her grandparents. The land is very special and the nature is protected. Ebba put me on the spot and asked me to repeat a story I had told her about something I did at Medicine Festival this year. She handed me a microphone and asked me to share with the guests. The story was all about being assertive/female empowerment and taking back your power but all in a very feminine soft way alongside forgiveness. I also love that they said I was funny too like a stand up comedian! If you know me being silly and joyful is always the vibe too. So I thank my friend for pushing me but also myself for being bad ass and brave 💫🔥 by @thesoniavibe

J O Y ✨ Behind the scenes and in the scene 💓💫The chalice in wonderland mad hatters tea party was the talk of Medicine town. So much fun to run through the festival spreading joy to adults and children and invite people to the secret event in the middle of the forest. Was a production challenge to get tables/chairs/decorations/hot tea deep into the wilderness but the most magical experience ever where we had fun but addressed mental health issues we all struggle with. Absolute genius curated by @chris_fitchew @wonderment_events @jessbouman. For more magic as well as a healing retreat like this join us at the final festival of the summer this September @the_wonderment by @thesoniavibe

Working Wilderness - what a whirlwind of emotions and beautiful experiences. Artist liaison for @cherabella_ for the Shala stage in the sanctuary. Also took my lovely friend @sophie_doyle.x to work which was fun. It rained and rained but we didn’t let it get us down. I supported my fave @sister_sound_circle and @kate.fleur.young and got to make pizza, dance in the valley and make lots of new connections as per always ✨💓💫 by @thesoniavibe

Well this was a fun day at work! On a Floating restaurant celebrating the year of the rabbit with bubble tea, dim sum, psychic readings, face art, and lots of fun! @wonderment_events @fengshangregentspark by @thesoniavibe

LA family - I miss you 💖 especially the animals! by @thesoniavibe

Breathwork and ice bathing bonding with my bestie. She was calm and quiet and meditated meanwhile I screamed and laughed. A good experience and interesting to see my skin red for the first time! Well done to us for doing the full 6 mins with ease. by @thesoniavibe

Quick dip! NY morning on the beach playing with Enzo 🐶 I really wanted to go IN and swim and get the cold water reset but the waves were too strong! The life guard came to say it’s not allowed. So just a quick in-out for us after a cute ritual Emergence 💫. @eugenie.bostrom 💖 by @thesoniavibe
