Some people build products. Others quietly make everyone else’s work easier. Meet Ivan Aponasevich, Automations Lead at TheSoul Group. ⚙️ If you’ve ever wondered what automation actually looks like inside a creative company, Ivan’s answer is simple: remove the boring parts so people can focus on what they do best. His philosophy? If a task makes you want to bang your head against the wall out of boredom, let the robots do it. If it requires intuition, humor, or knowing why a cat video works… that’s for humans. 🐱 Swipe through to read Ivan’s thoughts on automation, creative work, and why sometimes the best system is the one nobody notices. 👀 #TheSoulGroup #Automation #FutureOfWork #TechInMedia #CreativeTech by @thesoul.group
Smooth workflows do not happen by accident 👀 Meet Valerijs Salcevics, Senior Process Manager at TheSoul Group. He keeps the dots connected, the chaos organized, and is not afraid to ask the “stupid” questions” that actually save the day. First impression of TheSoul? Fast. Global. A little wild in the best way 🌍 Non negotiable habit: one hour of focus time. Clear Slack. Reset priorities. At TheSoul Group, we have a dedicated team exploring new tools, emerging technologies, and what’s actually worth showing up for in the AI space 🧠✨ Our Head of Tech Innovations, Konstantin Gusev, shares how we look at AI today — what’s useful, what’s overrated, and why humans are still very much part of the process. From automation and creative workflows to trend prediction and future shifts, it’s an honest take on where AI is helping… and where it still needs supervision 👀⚙️ An inside look at how we test, challenge, and use AI in ways that actually make sense. #TheSoulGroup #AITalks #TechInnovation #FutureOfWork #AITrends by @thesoul.group
Japan is one of the most selective character IP markets in the world which makes entering it with the right partner essential. That’s why TheSoul Group is excited to work with Yoshida Sangyo 🤝 to introduce a curated slate of TheSoul’s properties into Japanese merchandising and retail. Under this collaboration, Yoshida Sangyo, whose focus is “Connecting global IPs to Japan,” will represent the following IPs from our portfolio • Avocado Couple 🥑💛 • Pit & Penny 🐶🐱 • Voca Voca 🎤✨ • Baby Zoo 🐯🐼 • Purrpurr 🐾 • Fluffy Friends ☁️🐰 • Super Diaper 👶💥 The partnership will officially launch at the 101st TOKYO INTERNATIONAL Gift Show Spring 2026, putting these properties in front of leading Japanese buyers, manufacturers, and licensing partners. This marks a deliberate step in TSG’s global licensing strategy, pairing scalable IP with deep local market expertise. Ideas rarely start fully formed. They start as sparks ⚡ At TheSoul Group, our Creative Hub is where those sparks turn into stories — from fresh concepts and full scripts to creative support for brand partnerships. It’s the starting point of creation. Where structure meets imagination. And where original ideas become content people actually want to watch. Curious how it all comes together? This week, the creator economy has landed in Dubai 🌍 Our colleagues Louisa Ioannidou, Ksenia Mershina, and Anastasiia Vinogradova are attending the 1 Billion Followers Summit, diving into conversations around content, platforms, partnerships, and what’s coming next for the industry. In a remote-first world, moments like these matter. Being in the room, exchanging ideas, and learning directly from the wider creator community brings fresh perspective you just can’t get through a screen. If you’re attending the summit too, feel free to connect and say hello. Our colleagues are always happy to discuss everything from influencer marketing and viral videos to collaboration opportunities. #TheSoulGroup #1BillionSummit #CreatorEconomy #InfluencerMarketing #ContentStrategy by @thesoul.group
