You don’t get to choose how much time you have left, but you DO get to choose what you do with the time you’re given. ⏳ At the end of the day, your body is the one thing you’ll carry with you through every stage of life. The way you move, the way you fuel yourself, the way you prioritize your health today will determine so much about your quality of life tomorrow. Investing in your health isn’t just about looking good in the mirror. It’s about longevity, independence, strength, confidence, and being able to enjoy the life you work so hard to build. You can replace material things. You can make more money. But you can’t buy back the years you spent neglecting yourself. Your health is your greatest investment, and your body is your forever home. Treat it like it. 🤍 Choose yourself. Choose strength. Choose a healthier future. 📲 DM us “RESULTS” and let’s start investing in YOU. by @thesummit.boca

Because your time is valuable, and your training should reflect that. Ready to stop guessing? It’s not just about what you eat — it’s also about how you fuel your body throughout the day. Here’s how to make your meals work for your energy, performance, and recovery. 🌿 ☀️ START YOUR DAY STRONG. Prioritize protein, fiber, and nutrient-dense carbs to fuel your morning, support muscle recovery, and keep you satisfied. 🍎 KEEP YOUR ENERGY STEADY. A balanced snack with protein, healthy fats, or fiber can help manage hunger and keep you fueled until lunch. 🥗 FUEL YOUR AFTERNOON. Build your lunch around lean protein, colorful vegetables, and quality carbohydrates to support sustained energy and performance. ⚡ BEAT THE AFTERNOON SLUMP. Choose a snack that supports your activity level. Pairing protein with carbohydrates can be especially helpful before a workout. 🌙 NO NEED TO FEAR EATING AT NIGHT. Focus on a balanced dinner with protein, vegetables, and carbohydrates to replenish your body and support overnight recovery. by @thesummit.boca
Your schedule changes. Your goals don’t have to. 💪🏼 At Summit Performance Club, we train Monday through Sunday because we believe consistency shouldn’t be limited by availability. One of the biggest advantages of training at Summit? You’re not limited to just ONE trainer. Our unique training system gives you access to multiple experienced coaches with different schedules, specialties, and coaching styles. Whether your usual trainer is out of town, booked up, or unavailable, there’s another coach ready to step in and keep you moving forward. Not only does this mean fewer missed sessions and more consistency, but it also gives you the opportunity to learn from different perspectives, experience new training techniques, and find what works best for YOU. Different coaches. Different strengths. One shared goal: YOUR progress. Because at Summit, we’re not just building workouts around your schedule. We’re building a team around your success. 📍 Summit Performance Club | Boca Raton DM us to get started. 💚 by @thesummit.boca
Just saying 👀 If you’re looking for a sign, this is it ✨ by @thesummit.boca
If happiness had a temperature, we’re pretty sure it would be somewhere inside the sauna. 🧖‍♀️🔥 There’s just something about stepping into the heat, disconnecting from the outside world, and giving your body the opportunity to slow down and recharge. But the benefits go way beyond feeling good. 🔥 Improved circulation — Heat increases blood flow and supports cardiovascular function. 💪 Muscle relaxation & recovery — Helps ease muscle tension and soreness after a tough workout. 🧠 Stress relief — Encourages relaxation, helps you unwind, and may improve sleep quality. ❤️ Heart health — Regular sauna use has been associated with better cardiovascular health. ✨ Overall well-being — A little time dedicated to yourself can go a long way for both your physical and mental health. Because wellness isn’t just about how hard you train. It’s also about how well you recover. Train hard. Recover intentionally. Feel your best. 🤍 Your post-workout happy place is waiting for you at SUMMIT. 📲 DM us “RECOVERY” to learn more about our private recovery amenities! by @thesummit.boca
