afrokiz bangkok | day 3 ☀️

day three, and somehow everyone still had energy to spare.

a little more learning, a lot more dancing, people trying out what they'd just picked up in workshops, and plenty of laughter when things didn't quite go as planned.

i quite like how the afternoons move between figuring things out and just enjoying a good dance.

a few familiar faces, a few new ones, and some lovely little moments along the way.

the dancing is usually what brings everyone into the room.

but it's never quite the whole story, is it?

it's the people who light up when they spot someone they know. the hugs that last a little longer than expected. the conversations that somehow happen in the middle of a very loud room. and the little expressions people make when they forget there's a camera nearby.

of course, there's a lot of dancing too.

a few faces, a few stories, and a lot of moments in between.

🌹only stay for the vibe & love rant 🪎💝

I love this version of me. Dancing has crafted me for the confidence I gain everyday, everyday I happen to grow in my own awkwardness. Which I love!
And in those moments, I am adoring myself. I adore myself when I sync in my body & soul. I am not thinking, my mind checks out. 🚪
I adore myself when I let the music flow through me. Ughhhh, that freedom is ethereal. I love adoring myself in this process. Dancing has taught me in many many ways, how to do life right. or how to do right by yourself 🤍✨

It’s a creative perspective, or somethingg! 👅

I am so grateful for dancing & all this vibe! 🙂‍↔️
So grateful to be truly dancing for myself 💖

Love, dancing! 📣

solitude doesn’t bother you no more.

in that vastness, you find yourself.
in that void, you are whole.
in grace, with grace.
