Harlem, we love you. ❤️ Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other plans for us. Out of love and concern for the safety of our community, The Sweat Party Wellness Bootcamp has been cancelled due to the expected weather. We were looking forward to moving, sweating, recovering, and connecting with you — but this is only a rain check. ☔️ We’ll be back soon. Stronger, together. Until then, take care of yourselves and each other. 🖤 Fitness • Recovery • Community #SweatParty #GraeWellness #Harlem #CommunityWellness #AmericanCancerSociety by @thesweatparty

Harlem Love Day: A Community Celebration of Health and Wellness We talk about the upcoming Harlem Love Day event happening tomorrow on 117th Street between Lenox and Fifth Avenue. The event will feature three trainers - the mayor of McComb Dam Park, @qfrance , the Ghanaian Gift @hurricane_gh , and the Jersey boy @iamtydaye . There will be a focus on health and wellness, including massages, stretching, and cupping. Attendees are encouraged to bring any outfits or items they want to give away, and browse the racks for things they may want to take. It’s a community event, and we hope to see everyone there. #HarlemLoveDay #CommunityEvent #HealthAndWellness #FreeClothingExchange Stay Grae & Collective by @thesweatparty
