Happy Holidays from TTP🎄

Enjoy these wonderful “Feeling Snowflakes❄️” designed by youth members of the African Hertigae Cultural Arts Program by @thetruthprojectt

Mental health matters!! Especially for our youth✨

I had the honor of visiting the African Heritage Cultural Arts Center to talk with students about the importance of mental health and emotional well-being.
Through our Feeling Snowflakes activity❄️, they were able to write, draw, and color how they were truly feeling about today, this holiday season, or moments from the past week.

This activity didn’t just allow self-expression; it encouraged self-awareness, creativity, and connection. It created a safe space where feelings were validated, conversations were opened, and youth realized they’re not alone in what they feel. 🤍❄️ by @thetruthprojectt

On February 14th, 2025, the first act of Still Here: The Truth Project took off. I, Franteria Dantus-Cooper, the founder of Still Here: The Truth Project🌱, felt led to remind others that they are loved — not just on Valentine’s Day, but every single day.❤️

I passed out balloons along with notes that included:
John 3:16,”For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son..”, to remind people of the greatest love there is God’s love.

Know that love isn’t limited to romance; it’s a DAILY TRUTH. You are seen. You are valued. You are loved and Jesus loves you endlessly. ❤️ #StillHere #TheTruthProject #youareloved #youthled by @thetruthprojectt

Welcome to The Truth Project ✨
We are an organization dedicated to saving lives through mental health awareness and Christ 🧠.

Through Still Here: The Truth Project, we’re shining a light on the struggles we often hide — and the strength it takes to survive them.

Together, we can save lives by:
1. Listening
2. Caring
3. Speaking truth

Our motto 🗣️: You are not alone. The lies in your head are not your truth. You were created with purpose on purpose. There is help. There is hope. There is Christ.
