Hands up if you've ever been caught lying? ✋🏽🙋‍♀️ How did it feel? by @thevictortarfa

Steven Bartlett The Business and Life Speaking Tour. What a blast. It was a great honour to meet @steven great inspiring entrepreneur and BBC Dragon’s Den investor.

It was a powerful presentation, we all have to climb the mountain of life, what do you do when you reach the peak? We have absolute control of life and we have absolutely no control. We are all going to end up in the same place, Death, how do we spend every minute of our lives? Create powerful experiences.

It was very inspiring and practical. Thank you Steven.

#THROWBACK

It’s been a few years and anytime I watch this, I am still in awe.

Went out to support a friend and found myself on a Tedx stage.

Saw the opportunity and I was not going to waste it. It was only a 60 seconds speech with only one hour to prepare. I had to deliver value.

What is your best lesson out of the three in the video.

As I am preparing the programme for this event as the MC, looking at the line up of speakers, fireside chats and topics to be discussed, I am thinking absolutely nobody should miss this.

Details on flyer, register and I will see you on Saturday and you can thank me 😀. by @thevictortarfa

You cannot control what they do, but you can control how you see it.

How you see it depends on how you think.

How do you think?

Public Speaking and presentations is an art, we cannot avoid it as leaders, so we need to keep our skills sharpened.

It was a great honour learning from @f17_afrifa at the Believe in Greatness speakers masterclass in Milton Keynes.

Great speaking exercises and presentations tips shared. I was blessed.

Never shy away from a stage big or small. Learn how to express yourself and keep growing.
