How might you know your pain has become Neuroplastic?

Neuroplastic pain can start with a structural problem then turn Neuroplastic.

BUT both can also co-exist.

Or maybe a structural problem never existed.

Or bodies speak to us through sensations we just have to be educated enough to know how to listen. by @thewellnessreshift

The more I learn about Neuroplastic Pain the more I realize how many people suffer. Suffer everyday with a chronic illness they think is a life sentence.

I understand what it’s like to be in so much pain it consumes you, consumes your life.

Understanding Neuroplastic Pain saves lives. Send this post to someone you think it could help 💌 by @thewellnessreshift
