PSA: our nervous systems are contagious. #mentalhealth #musicindustry #music #wellness by @thewellnessroadie

A little Force Fields magic to celebrate Episode 3 presale! 👽 💫

One of the things I love most about @lsdream and @lightcode is the message of love, joy, and showing up as your most authentic self. This message is so important in a world where everyone is trying to figure out who they are. The Wellness Roadies hopes to create that through Pulse & Paint…a space to connect with music, express yourself, get creative, and just enjoy being human together. 🌱

We had such a wonderful time bringing Pulse & Paint to @forcefieldsfestival this year and being part of a community that celebrates connection, creativity, and all the things that make us feel alive.

Episode 3 presale is happening now, and we can’t wait to get back to the Hayfields! 🛸

Who’s coming?! 👽 ✨

One hour of music, color, connection, and a little nervous system science 🎨🎶

Loved bringing Pulse & Paint to the Tulsa Health Department and watching everyone lean into the experience. This is what wellness can look like. 🫶

Sometimes the fastest way back to yourself is a song you already know by heart.

Familiar music gives your brain something to hold on to, that’s safe and predictable…and sometimes that’s exactly what your body and mind need.

What’s a song that instantly takes you somewhere?

JOSHUA TREE 🌵 💫 What does your nervous system look like in color? 🎨

Come find out with us Friday 145pm in the Positive Vibration Station with Pulse & Paint 🦥 🎨 ✨

We’ll move through music, color, collaborative art, connection and a little nervous system magic as the canvas changes hands and the music changes energy. Paint what you hear. Paint what you feel. Paint what you notice. There’s no “good” or “bad” art here, just an invitation to get curious, play, connect, and experience music a little differently.

🌱 ALL AGES (music may be spicy)
🌱 no art experience needed
🌱 all supplies provided
🌱 come as you are

Led by MJ, licensed therapist + founder of @thewellnessroadies.

Being a little silly for your mental health? Kind of chic, actually. 🪭✨

Dancing in a field with giraffes? Chic.
Being completely unserious for a minute? Chic.
Doing something purely because it makes you laugh? Extremely chic.

Wellness doesn’t always have to be serious. Sometimes taking care of your nervous system looks a lot like play.

Shoutout to @spookybro for orchestrating this particular form of therapy at @forcefieldsfestival. 🦒✨

What an incredible honor to be featured in Billboard talking about a topic I’m deeply passionate about.

I’ve seen firsthand the healing that can happen when psychedelic therapies are paired with preparation, integration, and ethical clinical care. I truly believe we’re at the beginning of an important shift, especially for the music industry, and I’m hopeful we continue building a future where these conversations are thoughtful, evidence-informed, and centered on people.

Grateful to @isabelaraygoza and @billboard for inviting me into this conversation alongside @journeyclinical, @grimes and @melissa_etheridge. Here’s to continuing to make wellness part of the show. 🌱 ✨
