💗 Breast Cancer Awareness: A Reminder to Care for Yourself and One Another 💗 Behind every awareness ribbon is a reminder that health, compassion, and early detection matter. Breast cancer touches the lives of individuals, families, and communities. This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re encouraging everyone to make space for regular breast self-awareness, learn about recommended screenings, and speak with a healthcare professional about any changes or concerns. Just as importantly, let’s extend compassion to those navigating a diagnosis, treatment, recovery, or the uncertainty that can come with it. Sometimes, support looks like listening without judgment, showing up consistently, or simply reminding someone that they are not alone. 🎗️ At The Wellness Universe, we believe that nurturing well-being means caring for the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. May we continue to create a world where awareness leads to action, support is accessible, and no one has to face their journey feeling alone. 💗 Know your body. Prioritize your health. Offer compassion freely. Share this post to help spread awareness and remind someone you care about to prioritize their well-being. #BreastCancerAwareness #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth #TheWellnessUniverse #EarlyDetection #WomensHealth #WellnessForAll #TogetherWeCan by @thewellnessuniv

The future of women’s soccer isn’t just about advancing the game. It’s about advancing the women who make it possible. In an interview with Dr. Ana Isabel Hume @dranabeltvhost, Soccerex TV host, Anna Pereira @annapereiraofficial, Founder and CEO of The Wellness Universe, shares our continued commitment to advancing well-being throughout the soccer industry. As a longtime wellness partner of Soccerex @soccerex, The Wellness Universe was proud to help shape the inaugural HerSoccerex Founders Table experience with Alex Bowden @alexbowden_careercatalyst, bringing together influential women in soccer, including leaders such as @heidipellerano, @vandey01, and representatives of @theplayersnetwork_ to foster meaningful connections, conversations, and opportunities. Through The Players Network Wellness Academy, we support women in soccer far beyond their athletic careers. Our network of wellness practitioners and professional experts provides resources spanning career development, legal guidance, emotional and mental well-being, physical health, and personal growth. From navigating grief and life transitions to strengthening intuition, establishing healthy boundaries, and building resilience, our mission is to ensure women have access to the support they need to thrive in every aspect of life. Looking ahead to the FIFA Women’s World Cup Brazil 2027 @fifawomensworldcup, we are excited about the opportunity to extend this support to players, staff, and the broader soccer ecosystem. Because behind every athlete, executive, coach, and professional is a human being navigating life’s challenges, aspirations, and transitions. Everyone deserves access to resources, compassionate support, and the opportunity to live their best life. Thank you to Dr. Ana Isabel Hume and Soccerex TV for the opportunity to share our vision and the work we are doing to bring whole-person wellness into the world of soccer. #TheWellnessUniverse #HerSoccerex #Soccerex #WomensSoccer #FIFAWWC by @thewellnessuniv

Support can take many forms. Sometimes it is reliable information. Sometimes it is advocacy, a mentor, a peer community, practical assistance, a safe place for a young person, or support from people who understand what you and your family are navigating.
