POSTS STORIES REELS

Yesterday, The WildHERness Co. co-hosted Awaken Your Inner Creative: Mini Vision Collage Workshop with Realize Change, and we wanted to share a small reflection of how it went— along with the news that the replay is now available.

This wasn’t a “push forward” kind of space.

It was an invitation to slow down, listen, and let creativity be a way back to clarity rather than another thing to optimize.

A few threads kept weaving their way through the room:

First, the importance of play and how creativity is often born from the quiet, slow work happening beneath the surface.

Next, how pausing to set intentions together through play also asks us to consider what we’re intentionally carrying forward as vessels of creation—and what we’re ready to set down.

We’re deeply grateful to Realize Change for partnering with us, and to everyone who showed up with honesty, tenderness, and curiosity.

✨ Replay Access ($11)
If you couldn’t join live, the full replay is available and includes the guided reflection, creative prompts, and materials list so you can move through it at your own pace.

More spaces like this are coming. Spaces for slowing down, remembering what matters, and letting creativity lead us back to ourselves.

Almost two years ago, I started building The WildHERness Co.

But in many ways, this vision began long before that.

For over 15 years, I’ve moved through social work, nonprofits, social impact, Jewish communal life, creativity, spirituality, entrepreneurship, and community building, trying to understand how we create meaningful impact without losing ourselves in the process.

The pandemic cracked something open.

What began as a return to my childhood art room became a return to myself.

Since then, I’ve been following the thread through art, ritual, storytelling, CTOW, dark nights of the soul, and the deeper belief that tikkun olam begins within.

The vision for TWC is a space for women in impact, especially Jewish women, BIPOC women, and allies, to gather, create, connect, collaborate, and remember who they are beyond the roles they carry.

A place where creativity isn’t an afterthought.

It’s our medicine.

A place where we stop endlessly consuming and start creating with our Creator hands.

A place where our stories, gifts, and ancestral roots are woven into a larger tapestry of healing.

TWC membership is coming soon.

🎨🌿✨ SHE is here! WildHERness is officially LIVE! ✨✡️👁️

After years of dreaming, creating, and navigating my own journey, I’m beyond excited to introduce you to WildHERness – a sacred space where Jewish women, creatives, and visionaries come together to find belonging, purpose, and empowerment.

We already have 100+ Jewish-identified women across the globe in our community, and this is just the beginning. This is for those of us who feel we're in the in-between, craving connection, healing, and the courage to embrace our most authentic selves. We’re breaking free from boxes, re-discovering our unique paths, and reclaiming the wild power within us.

"Perhaps this is the moment you have been created." — Esther 4:14

“I have been a thousand different women, but I am still HER.”

The WildHERness is for those of us who carry a shared vision to heal and repair the world, whose voices are stronger together, but maybe along the way we may have wandered or felt lost when really we needed to reclaim our own path.

Stay tuned for upcoming workshops starting the end of October!

This is just the beginning of the soft launch – we’re officially birthing this into existence in 2025! 🌸

If you wanna chat more about this, DM us on @thewildherness.co 💫 Check out more links in our bio on IG for updates, resources, and all the ways you can get involved.

Let’s journey together, uplift each other, and reclaim the stories we want to live into and create in this world!

What’s ready to be born through YOU?

When I returned to art during the pandemic, I found parts of myself I’d lost touch with.

During the Counting of the Omer—the 49 days between Passover + Shavuot—I wove collage, reflection + Jewish mysticism into a daily ritual.

One page led to another until I’d created an entire book of what I was carrying, questioning + becoming.

What began as a creative practice became an act of devotion + a new way of being with myself.

That practice grew into Counting the Omer Within + planted the seeds for The WildHERness Co. My own return to art became an invitation for other women to create, connect + explore who they’re becoming.

Now, as the seasons change, I’m making room for what needs tending + what’s ready to take shape.

I want you to have that space, too.

Maybe you’re carrying grief, navigating change or missing the artist you used to be. Maybe there’s an idea you keep circling but haven’t given yourself time to explore.

Bring ALL of it here.

My 1:1 Creative Rebirth.

An hour of conversation, journaling or collage to listen to what’s tugging at you + find one next step you can take (NOW).

You hold space for so much.
Let me hold some for YOU.

No art experience or fully formed idea needed.

60 minutes · $97 · Virtual on Zoom

Book + pay by Thursday, November 5.

Have your session by November 15.

Questions or a scheduling conflict? DM me + let’s explore what’s possible.

DM me “REBIRTH.” Let’s create together.

For five, almost six years, I’ve been reclaiming my artist identity and remembering how much of myself, my voice + my calling lives in the act of creating.

During the pandemic, I returned to my roots in Michigan. I had no idea how that homecoming would shape where I’ve been—and where I’m still going.

Somewhere between my colored pencils, an old sketchbook + the uncertainty of that time, I began reconnecting with a part of myself I’d tucked away.

A deep grief began surfacing. Creating became the way I moved through it—in the dark, in the quiet, into the depths of my soul.

People often ask me, “How did you get here?”

TBH, I had no idea what would unfold… We never really know what’s on the other side of what we create.

Since then, I’ve moved across the country several times, stepped into entrepreneurship + created Counting the Omer Within, guiding women across the country through art, reflection + Jewish wisdom as we explored our creativity, identities + calling together.

I founded The WildHERness Co., a grassroots community of 600+ women in impact, and brought creative collage workshops into spaces where women can create, connect + hear themselves again.

Along this truly WILD path, I’ve been discovering how my roots as an artist, macro social worker + community builder weave together.

How making art helps me make sense of my life.

How creating alongside other women can open conversations we didn’t know we needed.

Creation is my lifeline—and one of the ways I embody Tikkun Olam, my calling to help heal + repair the world.

There’s so much more to this story. For now, I’m letting the art speak, too.

This International Artists Day, I’d love to connect with fellow artists + women in impact...especially my fellow Jewish women.

Where are YOU in your artist journey? What are you making, reclaiming or feeling called to explore?

PART 02: COMMUNITY IS MY HEARTBEAT. ❤️‍🔥

It always has been.

But something has been shifting within me these past few years, especially these past couple of months.

I've honestly lost count of how many rooms I've stepped into since realizing I wasn't only meant to bring women together. I was meant to be part of the very communities I'd spent years creating for others.

Not just as the organizer, facilitator, connector, or woman holding everything together.

But as an artist. A creator. A woman with her own stories, dreams, and desire to belong.

And the WILD thing is... I've spent over 15 years bringing people together.

For me, this isn't just something spiritual or “woo woo.” It's grounded in my macro social work training, years in community organizing and social impact, and lived experience.

Since 2022–2023, I've been charting my own path and asking bigger questions:

What does impact look like beyond the systems I've worked within?

What happens when we stop creating in silos and start creating in relationship?

And what becomes possible when we give ourselves permission to CREATE?

From Living Brave Live and Flora Bowley's Creative Revolution Tour to Camp Bettie and As She Rises in Vancouver, I've been experiencing what I've spent years helping create for others.

To experiment. Make a mess. Laugh. Share stories. Be witnessed. BELONG.

Because community isn't just about gathering people in a room.

It's about what happens BETWEEN us.

The more I follow these threads, the more I realize my social work roots, artistry, and calling to bring women together were never separate. They've been weaving together all along. 🪡

So here's your invitation...

To return to yourself.
To your creativity.
To community.
To one another.

What kind of creative community are you longing for?

#creativerevolution #communityismyheartbeat #thewildhernessco #womeninimpact by @thewildherness.co

Apparently this is the latest reel trend… and I'm putting my own WILD spin on it! 🎨

CALLING WOMEN-OWNED BRANDS, CREATIVES, ORGANIZATIONS + CHANGEMAKERS!

I'm opening the door to PAID creative collaborations, partnerships + opportunities to co-create!

I’m a Jewish artist, macro social worker, creative strategist, storyteller, facilitator + community builder who weaves intuitive, somatic + creative practices into my work.

I wear MANY hats, but the common thread through them all is connecting people, ideas + opportunities.

I bring 15+ years of experience in nonprofit work, grassroots organizing + social impact.

For the past two years, I've also been building The WildHERness Collective, a grassroots community and eco-system of 600+ women in impact, without paid ads, sponsors or grants.

At the ROOT of my work is Tikkun Olam (תיקון עולם) — the Jewish call to repair the world. I believe we embody it through how we show up for one another, share our gifts + resources, build community, and use creativity as a force for connection, healing + change.

And I've been wondering… what if collaboration itself became an act of Tikkun Olam?

I'm calling in aligned brands, organizations, artists, retreat hosts + changemakers who want to co-create workshops, events, creative experiences, storytelling, community-building initiatives + meaningful impact.

I'm especially excited to collaborate with Jewish women + Jewish-owned businesses, while welcoming aligned women and organizations from all walks of life.

Let's invest in one another's gifts, visions + expertise and see what becomes possible when we create TOGETHER! 💜

So, WHO'S IN?! 🙋🏻‍♀️

💌 Comment “COLLAB”, tell me what you're creating, tag someone I should know, or DM me to explore a paid partnership!

Let's make some magic! 🪆

I AM BECOMING MATRYOSHKA. 🪆

OMGGGG. I am going to Vancouver, Canada.

I am freaking out.

IT IS HAPPENING.

I BOOKED THE FLIGHT. ✈️

For the last few days, I thought I was looking for a playmate to join me on this wild adventure of a lifetime.

But this morning, something clicked.

This is SO much bigger than I realized.

Today is October 7th.

Of all days. Of all times.

Of course TODAY, three years later, I am having this realization.

This isn't just about winning a "free ticket" to As She Rises or attending a two-day event.

Something much deeper is being unearthed.

A thread stretching across borders, generations, and the Jewish women who came before me.

HERE'S WHERE IT GETS WILD.

My Bubbie, my great-grandmother of blessed memory, was born in the Old World, in what is now Belarus.

Through marriage, her journey brought her to Windsor, Canada, where she lived and built a life.

And now, generations later, I am crossing into Canada, carrying her story within me.

WHAT?!?!?!

I believe this land holds the footsteps, stories, and memories of the women who came before me.

And I wonder what ancestral threads are waiting to be unearthed.

For the last year, I've been HAUNTED (in the best possible way) by a Russian nesting doll that will NOT. LEAVE. ME. ALONE.

The woman inside the woman inside the woman.

Ancestry. Lineage. Creativity. Motherhood. Grief. Becoming.

And suddenly, another layer reveals itself.

Maybe I wasn't looking for someone to come WITH me.

Maybe I was being asked to GO.

To follow the nudge.
To document the journey.
Every step of the way.

To create.
To meet women I haven't met yet.
To see what gets unearthed along the way.

I don't know what's waiting for me in Vancouver.

Because Becoming Matryoshka was never about knowing the ending.

It's about opening one layer… and discovering another.

The land remembers.

And perhaps something within me does, too.

Bubbie, I'm following the thread.

Let's go on this journey and see where it takes us...

HOLY WHOA. 🇨🇦🪆🔯

#asr #assherises #becomingmatryoshka #october7 #tikkunolam by @thewildherness.co

Hiiii!

I accidentally started a social experiment. 😂

I have ONE extra ticket to As She Rises Oct. 17–18 and decided I don’t want a random +1.

I want a PLAYMATE to ADVENTURE into the WILD with me.

One woman willing to meet me in Vancouver, adventure, play, experience ASR together + then integrate whatever cracks open through art, collage, reflection + creative excavation afterward.

Maybe she is from there? Maybe she lives there? Maybe she is also not from Canada?

And now I’m documenting the whole thing in REAL TIME.

Will I get my expedited passport?

Will I get myself on the plane?

Who is going to claim the golden ticket?

WHO ENTERS THE STORY?!

And weirdly… this experiment is reminding me why I fucking LOVE social media.

Not for funnels.
Not for algorithms.
Not for performing our lives.

For THIS.

Throwing an idea into the internet and watching strangers become characters in a story none of us know the ending to yet.

Is SHE here? Do you know her? Is it YOU?!

The suspense is building...t-minus less than 10 days!

Let's do this! 🪻🥾🎨🐺

#asr #assherises #vancouver #thewildhernessco #wildherbeast by @thewildherness.co

Okay, this is WILD 🪻

I’m going to As She Rises in Vancouver October 17–18 and I won the opportunity to bring ONE WOMAN WITH ME.

And immediately I thought:

I want to bring one of YOU.

Maybe we know each other well. Maybe we’ve only interacted inside The WildHERness Collective. Maybe we’ve never met IRL.

That’s kind of the point.

Because I don’t want this to just be “here’s my extra ticket.”

I want this to be an experience.

I would be honored to experience this alongside another woman from this community—to connect, witness each other, get cracked open, and then come home and actually integrate what emerged.

Collage. Creative processing. Reflection. Conversation. Whatever makes sense based on where YOU are and what this experience brings up.

Your ticket to the event is covered. 🎟️

You’ll need to be able to get yourself to Vancouver, cover your travel/lodging, and have a valid passport.

And here’s the slightly unhinged part:

This is TIME SENSITIVE. I need to know ASAP. 😂

My own passport is expired, my urgent passport appointment is in less than 2 hours, and I’m booking my flight as proof of travel.

So we’re doing this thing IN REAL TIME.

If something in you just went OH.. YES, DM me “VANCOUVER” ASAP and tell me:

🪆 Why you?
🔥 Why now?
🇨🇦 What would saying YES to this experience mean to you?

I’ll choose one woman I feel aligned to share this experience with.

This is what I want WildHERness to become.

Not just women existing together in another online space.

Women opening doors for one another and actually walking through them together.

Maybe this one is yours. 🚪🪆🇨🇦

KINDA CHIC to realize the little girl at the beginning of the story has been holding the red thread the whole freaking time… 🧵

Before we officially say goodbye to August, I feel like it’s important to honor + name some of the big aha moments that have led me here.

Of course, these are only some of the highlights.

I see…

The little girl painting worlds with her hands, pure imagination.

The college student who went on an alternative spring break trip and followed the first pull of the thread.

The macro social worker who spent 15+ years figuring it out, devoting her life to service, community, impact + repair.

The community builder.

The artist I buried.

The woman who kept being summoned back to herself.

Over + over again.

And somewhere along the way, something cracked open.

Something shifted.

Then on Lion’s Gate, 8.8.25, I broke my fucking foot in a mosh pit at a metal show.

You truly cannot make this shit up.

But here’s the part I can’t stop thinking about…

I was wearing RED Toms.

Red.

The thread.

The thing I’m only now beginning to see weaving its way through all these layers.

Coincidence? Synchronicity? Symbolism?

I don’t really need to name it.

I just know I’m paying attention.

Because somewhere between the art, pivots, lineage, healing, impact work, wild ideas, intuition + the uncharted path…

I started to see the red thread weaving through all of it.

Not separate chapters.

Not disconnected versions of me.

A life being woven.

The artist.
The social worker.
The little girl.
The Jewish woman.
The community builder.
The entrepreneur.
The wildHERbeast.
The ancestor.
The woman becoming.

Maybe Becoming Matryoshka isn’t about becoming someone new.

Maybe it’s opening layer after layer and realizing…

OH. There you are.

Every layer belongs.

Every part has been woven into the woman I am becoming.

Kinda chic.

Very me.

And I’m still following the thread.

What red thread are you beginning to notice weaving through your own layers right before your eyes?

🪆

#kindachic #becomingmatryoshka #jewishentrepreneur #redthread #kabbalah by @thewildherness.co

The CREATIVE PROCESS is f*cking INSANE.

At least for me. 😂

And seriously…why aren’t we talking about this more???

We talk SO much about strategy, consistency, systems, productivity, content calendars, visibility, monetization…

But what about what it actually FEELS like to create?

Mine looks like... 1234567891011121314151617181920212223242526272829303132333438745284972497

IDEAS ALL AT ONCE.

Maybe it's my ADHD brain.
Maybe it's healing from burnout.
Maybe it's embracing my inner child.

It ALL Matters.

Canva projects everywhere.
Half-written Google Docs.
Screenshots I swear I’m coming back to.

Voice memos.
Random notes.

Starting one thing → remembering another thing → WAIT, THIS CONNECTS TO THAT.

Almost, getting swallowed by it at times.

And then I made this reel.

It took me maybe 30 minutes — significantly LESS time than most of my content.

Why?

Because I stopped trying so damn hard to make it “right.”

I put music on.
I moved.
I danced.
I screamed.
I played with paint.
I stopped forcing the idea through my BRAIN and actually let myself FEEL what I was creating.

And suddenly…

IT EXISTED.

What if some of us aren’t struggling because we don’t have enough ideas?

What if we have TOO MANY ideas trapped inside bodies sitting in front of screens trying to become little content-producing machines???

Maybe the next idea doesn’t need another strategy session.

Maybe it needs music. Movement. Paint. Scissors. Glue. Paper.

A completely unnecessary mustache???

I said what I said... 🥸

And then glitter.

Because all that glitters is GOLD, baby. ✨

Honestly, I think we need to go back to ANALOGGG.

Not abandon digital completely.

But holy shit — our bodies need something REAL.

Paper. Paint. Pens. Scissors. Glue. Music. Movement. Mess. HANDS.

We need to remember what it feels like to CREATE before everything becomes content.

Less digital.
More analog.
More PLAY.
More weird.
More following the spark before deciding what it has to become.

Because creativity is meant to be FELT.

Who’s with me???

What helps YOU get out of your head and back into your creativity?
