.
The Story of Our Founders

Thin Chan (ถิ่นฉัน) is more than a restaurant;
it is the living story of a brother and sister,
Waka (Boat) and Pha Cha (Best), and the flavors
that shaped our lives. Our journey began right here
at Laem Mae Phim Beach, Rayong-our hometown
where we were born and raised. Though we were
sent to study in New Zealand at age 11 and eventually
graduated in hospitality and food, our hearts never
left this shore.
