The funny part is… I actually have the footage. 😂🎬

This summer, Share the Vision became so much bigger than an idea.

Different rooms. Different programs. Different communities. Hundreds of young people.

But the message stayed the same:

Dream bigger. Get clear on where you’re going. Make a plan. And believe that the future you see for yourself is possible. ❤️

There were vision boards, goals written down for the first time, real conversations about the future, confidence built, and moments I know I’ll never forget.

So yeah… when Netflix calls, I already know what we’re talking about. 😂

The summer Share the Vision changed everything.

And I have a feeling this is only the beginning. 🎥✨

How did Share the Vision Begin? ❤️

Gary Mcgraw reached out to me in 2024 asking if I had any magazines that I could donate to his Boys & Girls Clubs of America in Edgewood since he knew I did adult vision board events and he was hoping to introduce vision boards to some of the youth there.

Instead of donating I offered to host the workshop at the Edgewood Club, bring all the materials and supplies and make it a great event and we were able to do exactly that.

Neither of us could've predicted how big Share the Vision was going to get after that night, but to be invited back to work with his teens at summer camp this year was truly a full circle moment.

YEAR TWO with the Immanuel Quickley Basketball Camp. 🏀❤️

And somehow, it just keeps getting better.

This year, Share the Vision had the opportunity to work with campers through THREE separate workshops — creating space for young people to dream bigger, set goals, think intentionally about their future, and put those visions down on paper.

But what I love most about this camp goes beyond the vision boards.

It’s the energy.
The encouragement.
The discipline.
The positivity.
The people pouring into these young athletes and reminding them that who they become off the court matters just as much as what they accomplish on it.

Being invited back for Year 2 means so much to me, and seeing this recap brought the whole experience back all over again. ❤️

This is exactly why we do this work.

Think Big. Act Bold. ✨

I’ve been quietly working behind the scenes on something very special for the past few months… and now I can officially announce it:

The Think Big, Act Bold Youth Foundation is officially a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization! ❤️

What began as a desire to make vision boards, goal-setting tools, and confidence-building experiences accessible to more young people is becoming something so much bigger.

This foundation will allow us to expand our impact, create more opportunities, and continue pouring into youth—regardless of whether their schools, camps, or organizations have the budget to bring these experiences to them.

Receiving that approval letter made it all feel real.

I’m incredibly proud of this next chapter and so grateful for everyone who has supported the vision along the way. ❤️❤️ taken in Edgewood, Maryland by @i_am_meganewing

Leadership doesn’t always come with a title.

During the @willpowerunleashed Summer Camp at EMS, @l0r_jo quietly became my staff MVP.

He consistently greeted us with a genuine handshake and eye contact. He respected the staff, connected with the campers, and proactively helped keep the young men focused and on task.

Nobody had to keep reminding him who to be.

He simply set the standard—and the other campers could see it.

Before leaving, I made sure Mr. Will knew how much his presence helped us. Young people deserve to be recognized when they’re doing things right, especially when they aren’t asking for attention.

Salute to @l0r_jo. Keep leading, young king. 👑

Another room full of dreams brought to life. ❤️

Today, the young men at WillPower created vision boards filled with the goals, interests and futures they see for themselves.

I’m grateful for every opportunity to remind young people that their dreams are worth naming—and worth working toward.

Thank you, WillPower, for continuing to create spaces where they can grow, lead and think bigger—and thank you to @kevinewingphoto for capturing the day so beautifully.

A strategic plan is powerful. But when the entire team helps bring that vision to life, it becomes something everyone can see, understand, and own.

The Harford County Chamber of Commerce Board came together to create one collaborative vision board centered around its priorities for the year—from membership growth and advocacy to visibility, engagement, and financial health.

This was strategy, creativity, conversation, and team building—all on one canvas.

We talk a lot about helping young people dream—but we also have to teach them how to wait, plan, prepare, and work toward those dreams.

That’s one of the reasons I believe so deeply in vision boards.

They help youth look beyond what feels good right now and begin connecting their everyday choices to the future they say they want. The board is only the beginning. The real impact comes through the conversations, reflection, goal setting, and action that follow.

Dream big. Make a plan. Then keep showing up for it. ❤️

✨ A shared vision looks different when everyone helps build it.

I had the opportunity to lead a collaborative vision board experience during the Harford County Chamber of Commerce’s annual board planning meeting.

Together, they turned their goals and priorities for the year into one shared 36x48 vision board—the largest board I’ve facilitated so far. It will now hang in their boardroom as a visual reminder of what they’re building together.

Such a fun and meaningful experience, and a great reminder that vision boards can be powerful tools for teams too.

Grateful to the Chamber for trusting me with this part of their planning day. ❤️
