TRAIN LIKE A GIRL WAS PHENOMENAL 🩷

Kyira and I are dedicated to creating a space that is more than just aesthetics, but actually brings true community. This event was a safe space for women to open up about their actual struggles in a nonjudgmental space. We are passionate about making sure that women encounter Christ. We are also passionate about fitness and the healing it brings.

Sweat, smiles, selfies, tears, and so much PINKK. Running it back August 29th.

There’s so much power in gathering.🩷

When we surrendered ThirdBase to the Lord, we didn’t know where He would lead us. We simply knew we wanted to boldly proclaim that Jesus Heals and remind women that caring for the bodies God gave us is an act of stewardship, not separation from our faith.

So we gather.

To move.
To pray.
To laugh.
To build friendships.
To remind one another that no woman was meant to walk alone.

Every ThirdBase set you wear does more than become part of your wardrobe—it helps make mornings like these possible. Your support allows us to continue creating spaces where women can encounter community, encouragement, and the healing power of Jesus.

Join us on July 11th for Train Like a Girl — an all-pink experience designed to strengthen your body, faith, and confidence.

Led by @lydiairenee , we’ll move through an energizing workout, spend time in the Word, connect with like-minded women, and enjoy wellness goodies from @blackgirlvitamins .

Cionni & Kennedy met at a ThirdBase event 💕 (first picture)

In Dec. 2025, we ended the year with an event focused on loneliness and conducted a friend matchmaking.

“We met one of the wellness events and we’ve hung out a few times since, from a pop-up market to playing tennis. It’s been fun getting to know each other and excited to keep building the friendship!“ - Cionni 🩰
