My dad designed and built this boat house and honestly it’s the coolest place ever! Will be available to rent soon, stay tuned!

Closing out my 5-day skin reset by leaving a few things on read. 👻

Mostly the urge to do the absolute most, then wonder why I can’t keep up with it.

Keeping the routine. Lowering the drama. Backing away from the magnifying mirror.

What’s getting ghosted in your routine? by @this.is.annette.miller

Buying skincare: immediately.
Going to bed: let’s not get carried away.

Day 4 of my skin reset, and I’m addressing the part of my evening routine where I finish my skincare… then scroll for another hour. 🫠

This week I’m washing my face before I’m exhausted, keeping my routine simple, and giving myself an actual bedtime.

I love a quiet house and a phone nobody needs me on. I’d just also like to feel alive tomorrow.

My bathroom counter was giving “she has a plan.”

My actual evenings were giving “how quickly can I get into bed?” 😂

Day 3 of my skin reset is about making my routine easier to keep up with.

Today I’m reaching for the basics: my favorite cleanser and moisturizer. Everything doesn’t need to be a whole production, especially at the end of a long day.

How many skincare products are on your counter? Count the ones you haven’t opened. This is a safe space. 🤍 by @this.is.annette.miller

My skin and I have both been going through it. So we’re getting out of the house. 😂

Day 2 of my skin reset: Pilates, my Nu Skin collagen, and making a little room for myself in a calendar that somehow always has room for everyone else.

The collagen is part of my routine. The Pilates is the hour I get to stop answering questions and just follow instructions. Honestly, a luxury.

Getting back into these little habits feels good, even when the rest of life is still a lot. 🤍

5-day skin reset ✨ Day 1

Life has been a lot lately. Between travel, grief, and the weather changing, my skin is feeling it too. Dull, dry, and apparently also going through something. 🫠

So this week, I’m making a little time for both of us. Five days of getting back into my routine and showing my skin some love, starting with these peel pads.

Follow along for the reset 🤍

Comment RESET and I’ll send you the details on the peel pads I’m using—they’re currently 15% off! by @this.is.annette.miller

And I’m reminded that we are merely one droplet in an endless ocean of droplets. Our time here is so minute, a blip, a blink. So the things we allow to take hold of our hearts and minds, the things we allow to stress us out, all the things we are constantly overthinking…they’re not really that important.

I know people probably think “ohhh whip your phone out to capture yourself crying” and yes, that’s exactly what I did. Because it’s hard to put everything we feel into words, and that moment was overwhelming because I know it was meant for me to experience. It was like walking into a bubble of pure calm, a silent promise that everything is ok and it’s truly in God’s hands.

And sometimes moments like that are meant just for us. And sometimes we’re meant to share them because we know someone else needs to hear that message 🤍 by @this.is.annette.miller
