It’s pretty tough trying to fit over two years of my MS journey into a 13 minute video! But this just about sums it up… I was planning to have this ready on World MS Day a few days ago, but was too unwell.

Watching it back brings up a lot of emotions for me. But all good emotions! I’m proud of myself for how hard I have fought to defy my prognosis, how hard I have pushed through and how far I have come!

Here’s to all my fellow Warrior’s out there, and to never giving up! No matter what!

There is something incredibly powerful about giving yourself permission to simply breathe. 💛

Breathwork is so much more than breathing. It’s an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your body, quiet the noise of the outside world, and create space for whatever needs to be felt.

Through conscious connected breathing, we create an opportunity to release tension, explore emotions, and reconnect with parts of ourselves that can get lost in the busyness of everyday life.

As a breathwork facilitator, one of the most beautiful things to witness is the moment someone begins to soften, surrender, and come home to themselves.

You don’t always need to have the answers. Sometimes, you simply need the space to breathe.

✨ Breathe. Feel. Release. Reconnect.

This is the heart of Soul Alchemy. 💛

If you’d like to find out more about Breathwork or book in a private or group session with me, feel free to reach out to me in my DM’s.

Grateful to be part of the @journeysymphonicbreathwork experience and to share this beautiful work alongside others.

Sometimes holding on can feel easier than letting go, even when something is no longer bringing us peace.

But growth often asks us to release old patterns, expectations and connections that no longer serve us.

Letting go doesn’t mean the past was meaningless. It means you’re making space for something different.

What are you ready to release? ✨

Locked in for 2026!💪

After a very challenging, successful, and demanding 2025, and MS being a bitch along the way, it’s time to start the New Year off right and lock the f*ck back in on my fitness goals!

This year I have promised myself not to take shit from anyone. Not to worry about the opinions of others as God knows my heart and that’s all that matters. And to keep showing up for myself no matter what.

Here’s to a great year ahead! Let’s gooooo!💪🙏

Diagnosed 8 years ago!

Time has flown by so fast… but so much crammed into those 8 years including a fucker of a disabling relapse, the longest and strictest Covid lockdowns in the world, home-schooling, flare/ups, and then all the good stuff in between!!!🙏💛💪

As typical for this time of year, my MS has flared up quite angrily over the past couple of weeks. I felt it creeping up over Christmas and pushed through it on my holiday, but when I returned home, it punched me in the face!!
No training😭no leaving the house and lots of moving from my bed to the couch, and back again. Lots of Netflix bingeing, sooo much sleeping, phone on do not disturb, and now that my head isn’t spinning, I’m enjoying catching up on some reading.

How do you manage your flare ups?
