As a holistic mother, this has been the best hack for getting the kids to sleep through the night while ensuring they get all the nutrition they need.

We never found a baby formula we fully trusted, so my husband had a genius idea—we made our own. We call it the Milky: raw eggs for high-quality protein, honey and fruit juice for essential carbohydrates, bone broth for collagen, minerals, and gut support, and a little prune juice to aid digestion and prevent constipation. And one of the most important additions? Vitamin D.

Vitamin D is essential for kids—it supports bone development, immune function, and overall growth. Since many kids don’t get enough sun exposure, adding it to their diet is a game-changer.

I always planned to breastfeed as long as they wanted, but I also knew I’d need breaks. This made that transition so much easier—without ever compromising on real nutrition.

If you’re looking for a whole-food alternative, this might be the missing piece for your family!

You may feel deep down that you’re cut out for greatness and impact, but if there’s a part of you that’s uneasy about stepping into the spotlight, you might find yourself engaging in self-sabotage without even realizing it.

Self-sabotage refers to the various, often subtle, actions or mental blocks you create that prevent you from achieving your full potential. These can manifest as procrastination, self-doubt, engaging in harmful behaviors, or even rejecting opportunities that align with your goals. To address this, try these mindfulness practices:

- Meditation
- Journaling
- Building meaningful community through Earthlings
- Mindful walking
- Mindful breathing
- Body scan
- Gratitude and self compassion practices

As soon as we’re able to get clear on our authenticity, we step into a power that was there all along yet hidden from the conscious mind.

Soon nothing starts to feel off limits and the most supportive community builds around us!

You are what you carry — in your mind, in your heart, in your spirit. The thoughts you hold onto and the energy you choose to keep quietly shape who you become.

Carry peace. Carry kindness. Let go of what weighs you down, and make space for what feels light and true. by @thisisearthlings

Clarity is not about having everything figured out. It is about slowing down enough to hear yourself again.

When you give your mind space and your body support, the noise begins to fade and what truly matters becomes clear. Holistic wellness is simply the practice of returning to that space, again and again. by @thisisearthlings

Balance is not a final destination.

It is an art that unfolds in layers, shaped by the continual practice of noticing, adjusting, and extending compassion to yourself as you move through life’s shifting currents. by @thisisearthlings

Healing often whispers rather than shouts. It is the slow recognition that you were never truly lost, just diverted — and in returning to your original flow, you find what always felt like home. by @thisisearthlings

Think of your body as an ecosystem, constantly in motion and seeking harmony. Every day is a conversation with yourself, spoken through energy, tension, hunger, and rest.

You are always receiving feedback. The question is how gently you choose to respond.

Each breath is an open door into the present moment. Take it slowly, soften your body, and give yourself permission to be here. You are held in this moment. 🌬️ by @thisisearthlings

The Earth doesn’t demand practice or permission. True connection arises when you recognize that her rhythms — the rise and fall, the quiet and the storm — run through you as well, and that being part of it is enough.

You don't need perfect conditions to glow, only the courage to stay true. That's enough.

You are enough. ⭐️ by @thisisearthlings

Your body remembers in ways that don’t need telling. Every shift, every ache, every ease is part of a language older than thought, quietly shaping how you move through the world. 🏞️ by @thisisearthlings
