Let’s be real: in this industry, talent isn’t the only thing that books the gig. It’s who can afford to wait. Who can survive unpaid readings. Who can keep showing up when the system wasn’t built for them. 🎙️ Episode 001 — “Who REALLY Gets to Be on Broadway?” — is live now. We’re talking about who gets seen, who gets paid, and who gets left behind. 🎧Tap in on Spotify or Apple Podcasts or wherever you listen to your podcasts! #FourthWallPodcast #EquityInTheatre #ArtsAccess #TheatreTalk #Broadway by @thisisfourthwall
