Beat my personal best time here yesterday and I’ve held the best time on this mountain for the last 4 years 💪 ….

I always regretted not coming back and getting to enjoy the range more 🥾 😅 Added a few miles and hours to it, but it was definitely worth it…. A few life lessons came to me while on the way 🆙:

RESISTANCE IS USUALLY A INDICATION OF ALIGNMENT

INTENTION IS EVERYTHING…. USE IT AS YOUR RESOLVE

SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO GET TO WHERE YOU’RE GOING….

Too many times we as people set out to do good things and forget WHY we are there in the first place…. 🎭

Most of the trail had washed out due to rain and I found myself in a few sticky places…. I remembered why I was there and used that to find my way 📍

More than anything, I remembered that being present in the moment, and not too focused on the end result, will help you embrace the process and what it’s all for 👑

fric·tion /ˈfrikSH(ə)n/
We Typically Don’t View The Things That Are Stopping Us From Reaching Our Goals As “Friction” .
.
.
.
The Reality Is,.... No Matter What Your Background Is, What Credentials You May/May Not Have, Or What You Believe In,.... It Is People’s Will/Lack Of Will (Pride/Stubbornness), Emotional Instability, & Lack Of Clarity That Is Causing YOU TO BE YOUR OWN WORST ENEMY! .

In My Book “Removing Friction From Your Conviction” I Will Be Addressing These “Frictions” That We All Experience & How I’ve Learned To Overcome The Things That Hold Us Back Daily & More Importantly, My Biggest Resistance, MYSELF.... 👑 .
