Welcome to The House.

A collective of real estate agents, interior designers, and locals reimagining what it means to feel at home in Marin.

Rooted in good design, real relationships, and a shared love of this place we call home—because when strategy, style, and good people come together—that’s where the magic happens.

We can’t wait to welcome you home.

We’ve always believed in letting the work speak for itself. But this is a milestone to celebrate!

In 2025, the four of us sold $166 million in real estate, ranking as the #1 small team in Marin and earning RealTrends Verified recognition as #41 in California and #107 in the entire United States.

When we started The House, the goal was never about rankings. It was to be the team people trust with one of the most personal decisions of their lives. To do right by every client, know our market, and treat every home like it mattered, because it does.

Since officially launching The House in November, we’ve reached $100M in sales. Truthfully, we didn’t even notice until our brokers reached out to congratulate us.

Of course we’re proud, but not because of the number. We’re proud because of how many of you trust us, support us, and let us into one of the biggest decisions of your lives. The families who shared their stories, the sellers who trusted our strategy, and the buyers who believed us when we said we’d find them The House.

Thank you for building this with us.

Tucked beneath the oaks in San Anselmo’s Winship Park, this white-shingled home comes with a sweet little view and a whole lot of charm.

A brick path winds up to the front door, and out back, a patio sits under the trees for evenings at the grill.

Inside, tall paned windows, hardwood floors, and a plaster fireplace set a warm, classic feel, and the kitchen and sunroom open to a wraparound deck above the treetops.

The primary suite has its own floor, with a sitting room and a private deck, and two more bedrooms are upstairs. Below, there’s a level turf yard, plus an additional lot that’s buildable for an ADU.

From Winship Park, it’s an easy walk to coffee at Marin Coffee Roasters, a stroll down San Anselmo Avenue, or a sunset hike up Bald Hill.

There is a little bit of East Coast charm tucked into the hills of Mill Valley, and it comes with a view of Mount Tam.

Behind the gate, this brown-shingled home sits among paver paths, lavender, and soft grasses, with a sunny lawn, raised garden beds, and a terrace made for long dinners with Mount Tam at the horizon.

Inside, white paneled walls and beamed ceilings bring a cozy, lived-in feel, with a brick fireplace, a banquette for slow breakfasts, and a window-wrapped turret room under a vaulted wood ceiling. The kitchen has marble counters, brass fixtures, and its own view of Tam, and upstairs a third bedroom and bonus room are tucked under the eaves.

Between Tam Junction and downtown Mill Valley, you are minutes from coffee at Equator, tacos at Hook Fish Co., and a beach day at Muir Beach.

Summer is supposed to be when Marin real estate slows down. This year, it didn’t get the memo.

Marin sold 553 homes between July and September, 19% more than last summer, with about 30% fewer homes to choose from. 92 of them went into contract in under five days, 42% of buyers paid all cash, and 83 sold quietly off-market, without a sign or an open house.

By the end of September, there were only 271 homes for sale in the entire county, 30% less than this time last year.

If a move is on your mind for the new year, now is the time to start planning. We’d love to help you.

Full Q3 breakdown on the blog, link in bio.

Some homes ask you to slow down. 95 Bolsa asks you to look up.

Warm wood beams, a steel catwalk, and clerestory windows drawing daylight deep into the house. Through tall glass doors, redwoods become part of every room.

A thoughtful approach to organic modernism brings together wood, steel, and glass, with the surrounding landscape woven into the experience of home. The newly remodeled kitchen opens to the rear deck, while upstairs, a lounge beneath sloping beams looks out across the valley.

Outside, more than 1,100 square feet of decking unfolds through the trees, with an oak growing right through the boards. Morning coffee has plenty of places to land.

A heritage path behind the house leads down to Oakdale and on toward downtown Mill Valley. In the other direction, the trails of Blithedale Summit beckon.

A little closer to the trees. A little more connected to everything that makes Mill Valley feel like home.

Tacos at Playa, margs, and opening night of #MCFF49 went exactly as it should. 🎬

Martin McDonagh’s Wild Horse Nine made us laugh, made us cry, and now we’re telling everyone we know to see it.

49 years of the Mill Valley Film Festival and our town still knows how to throw an opening night. Already counting down to 50!
