Our unsold bread is donated to local organisations helping people in need, or given a second life as breadcrumbs, made in Santa Maria and available in our shops.

Because good bread should never go to waste. ❤️

¡Una cara nueva en Thomas’ Bakeshop! 🥐🌍❤️

A new face at Thomas’ Bakeshop! 🥐🌍❤️

This week, we’re happy to welcome Emil to our team as part of the Erasmus programme with @mallorcaworks

From welcoming customers to discovering the day-to-day life of a busy bakery, Emil is getting hands-on experience in sales and customer service while learning what goes on behind the counter.

We love opening our doors to students and being part of their learning journey. It’s a wonderful opportunity to share knowledge, gain new experiences, and connect with people from different places — all through our shared love of good bread!

Welcome to the team, Emil! 🥖✨

Who says you have to wait until the weekend to treat yourself to a freshly baked pastry?

Autumn mornings are slowly making their way to Mallorca, and we can’t think of a better way to start the day than with a delicious pastry and a good coffee. 🥐☕️

From our classic croissants, almond croissants, pain au chocolat and pain aux raisins to our newest addition, the poppy seed croissant.

And of course, there’s our much-loved apple strudel, available on Fridays and Saturdays. Sometimes we like to give it a little twist, so keep an eye out for the surprise of the week! 👀✨

A little something to make any morning feel special. by @thomas_bakeshop

.

Some recipes are more than just bread. They carry memories, traditions, and a little piece of home. ♥️

Our House Bread is Thomas’s idea of what a proper loaf should be, inspired by the bread he grew up with.

Made with 70% rye and 30% wheat, flavoured with fennel, coriander, and caraway seeds, and given plenty of time to ferment slowly.

And there’s something special about how we make it. Leftover loaves are toasted into golden breadcrumbs and added back into the dough, bringing even more depth and flavour to every bake.

Each loaf weighs an impressive 5 kg and is cut into six generous pieces.

Fresh from the oven every Friday and Saturday. And if you’d like the whole 5 kg loaf, just pre-order yours!

Resulta que no siempre es el mismo. 👀

¿Tú cuál elegirías? Cuéntanoslo en los comentarios.

.

At our bakery in Santa Maria, we asked the team a very important question: what’s your favourite bread to make — and your favourite to eat? 🥖

Turns out, they’re not always the same. 👀

What would you choose? Tell us in the comments.
