Chemical free installation following the Thoroughflush method.

I see less issues using this method than any other since starting out in 2009.

Trust the process and don’t believe the miss information you see from companies who promote chemicals.
Chemicals can work and Thoroughflush supports use of a good chemical that can me monitored (not many)

Low pressure, no problem!!
At Thoroughflush we have you covered. We realised all properties might not have the correct water pressure or flow rate, sometimes the building is just high and gravity is against you.
Over the years we have recommended the use of high pressure pumps (submersible or centrifugal) to boost the water. We supply Pedrollo Top Multi pumps to overcome this problem.
You can always restrict the pressure but you can never increase it.
Several uses from cleaning heating systems to recycling the existing heating water.

Three plate heat exchangers blocked with debris and scale. Customers left facing bills of hundreds of pounds—and unnecessary stress when their boilers start cycling and their hot water becomes unreliable.
Cleaning or replacing the heat exchanger may restore performance, but does it address why it became blocked?
Before treating the symptom, investigate the cause:
💧 What is the system water quality?
💧 Does it contain treatment chemicals, and are they still at the correct concentration?
💧 What is the quality of the incoming mains water?
💧 Is the system being topped up regularly—and why?
💧 Has the expansion vessel been checked?
💧 Is the blockage on the heating side or the domestic hot water side?
The findings should guide the solution. That may include thoroughly flushing the heating system using Thoroughflush methods, filling with appropriately treated water, and monitoring it afterwards.

The solution to low mains pressure. 💦
A Pedrollo TOP Multi submersible pump paired with a suitable large vessel. (Other brands are avaliable)
I recommend the Refina 100-litre mixing tub, which is readily available from many builders’ merchants and Screwfix.
It’s a simple, multi-use solution that I’ve personally used for many years for:
💦 Flushing
💦 Filling
In this top-quality video, I explain several different methods and show you how it can be set up, complete with diagrams.

Are you flushing microbore systems and struggling with resistance??? Maybe a Thoroughflush kit can help you. The feedback over the years has been overwhelming. Clearing blockages on systems that were difficult to move with circulators.

pressure for the win 💪

You can see your flow rate from the device so helps diagnose faults within the system.
