Had the opportunity to go and see how my favourite @threefarmersfoods snack is made out of the Fava beans that we harvest! I’ve never had to wear a beard mask before, but it was worth it to go behind the scenes. Thank you for having me out @threefarmersfoods !

Your weekly instalment of…sh*t I’d brave the Costco parking lot for, as a mom of three with ADHD who hates big crowds + cares about what she eats and spends on groceries

Comment “sauce” for my 5 ingredient lunch that has 62g of protein by @threefarmersfoods

This is the snack I grab:

Pack my snack tray with me! I’m always asked what I’m putting in my kids’ snack tray, and this is my fave combination so far.

The @threefarmersfoods Ranch Protein Snack Mix is our new addition to the buffet. It just launched in Costco which makes it easy to pick up when we do our grocery hauls. It’s homegrown by Canadian Farmers with 15 g Protein, 12 g Fibre and only 1 g Sugar per 50 g serving. A snack I can feel good about adding to my kid’s snack tray.

Look for it at Costco Canada in the snack aisle!

Blind taste testing healthy snacks on our boys 👀 The key is not telling them they’re healthy 😜

GOOD NEWS for Canadian parents… Three Farmers is now available at Costco across Canada and judging by our boys’ reactions, we might need to start buying it in bulk 😂

And honestly, we are SO pumped to have teamed up with Three Farmers because their snack absolutely DOMINATED the competition. Not only does it have 15g of protein, 12g of fibre and less than 1g of sugar per serving, but most importantly, it received a score of (and I quote) “100 out of 2 x zillion.” 😂

It’s also roasted, never fried, made with avocado oil and nothing artificial. PLUS, it’s Canadian-made with crops homegrown by Canadian farmers 🇨🇦

Between school, hockey and everything else, we AND the boys are busier than ever. Finding a healthy snack we can grab on the go that they actually WANT to eat is a HUGE win.
