November Schedule is LIVE!

Notice Thursday Brewery Runs have been added!

A few reminders this month;

November 8th is the @temeculahalf

November 22nd is the Toy Drive run so I’ll be there with @runclubonelmst , @momliferunclub & @godspeedclubtemecula !

I look forward to seeing you all on Sunday mornings in wine country & on Thursday evenings at @8bitbrewingcompany !

Keep in mind, for the most part, Sundays are structured as a workout & Wednesdays are more of a leisure run where we can all hang out afterwards!

This Chapter is called FIGHT SONG

Running, it can be said to be my safe haven…

It’s been with me in my most powerful moments & in my weakest moments; physically & mentally. Here’s the thing though, it has always been there!

When I’ve needed to feel free, I’ve ran. When I’ve needed to clear my mind, I’ve ran. When I’ve needed to heal, I’ve ran. When I wanted to discover more of who I am, I’ve ran. When I’ve been at a breaking point, I’ve ran. When I came back to myself, I’ve ran.

& just when I thought I had nothing left to give, I kept running. Running towards resilience, euphoria, identity, purpose, will, & gratitude.

Nike After Dark brought thousands of women together & for me, personally, it was a chance to redefine motherhood. As a Mom to a young boy, I push myself to set the standard for him every single day. I want Liam to know that there isn’t a moment he hasn’t been my inspiration. That little boy has my heart & he always will! Me conquering this race was more than a PR, it’s me taking my life back & the rest is history!

Woke up this morning to run from @lorimarwinery to @doffowinery with a dope group of people! Some regulars, some new people, the same great vibes! Blue seemed to be the color today & it’s safe to say we understood the assignment! Thank you all for inviting friends, continuing to come & being supportive of my vision! 🥹 The back roads might’ve been a little muddy, but our spirits couldn’t be stopped!

A little fun fact: Lorimar Winery was the first winery I worked at after having my son. I remember bringing him to walk through the vines around harvest time! 👦🏼 This winery holds many special memories!

We’re ready for the @temeculahalf next Sunday! It promises to be magnificent time!

Locked Into the Mission!

Waking up early isn’t easy, definitely not after Nike After Dark. However, I knew I had to show up for myself & for them! That’s what comes with leading a run club! So, we logged another run in wine country! I love seeing their smiles, the energy, the friendships created, the friendly competition, the fellowship & everything in between!

With that being said, the @temeculahalf is officially less than 2 weeks away & with the latest price increase you’ll want to use my code: ZARA20 to save you 15% upon checkout!

Make sure to join the @runclubonelmst team ! We’re gonna show up & show out! November 8th promises to be one heck of a morning! DON’T MISS OUT!!! You won’t be doing it alone!

Still thinking about it? Time is ticking! Head over to the LINK IN BIO to sign up & as Nike says, JUST DO IT!

See you at the start line!!! The wine is calling at the finish!

Nike After Dark 2026 Part 2

To say I’m elated from this weekend would be an absolute understatement! This was my 2nd half marathon & I not only ran a fast race, but a smart & meaningful one! I was able to do it alongside the @solesisterss.rc crew & representing my own run club, The Vineyard Running Society, as well.

I can’t thank my sister enough for making me a beautiful poster that was perfect for me; it had all the cheetah vibes that I love! I’m also grateful that @runclubonelmst made the time to sign it! 🥹🤍👟

I dedicated my race to the good Lord. There have many times in life where I can truly say that he not only extended grace, but wrapped me up in His strength & carried me through some of the toughest times of my life! I couldn’t have done it without His undying devotion!

Thank you to my family for rooting me from afar! I definitely felt the love, support & encouragement!!!

Thank you to the girls who encouraged me by reminding me that I could run faster than I was thinking I could. I owe my time to y’all!

This race was a representation of women, confidence & empowerment! I LOVED the vibes! The spectators were all over & us runners definitely appreciated that! The sunset was epic, I’ve never seen one as beautiful during a long run! Thank you to @heartbreak_la & @heartbreak.run & @nikela !

Once again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for the experience of a lifetime!

Nike After Dark 2026 is on the horizon…

Earlier this year, I decided to pour my heart & soul back into the sport of running! Therefore, tomorrow’s half marathon isn’t just a race, it’s a testament to what the human body is capable of. Running is the biggest metaphor for life… you grow through the pain & the challenges. You celebrate the wins & set the next goal. You’re able to impact those around you not just for a fleeting moment, but for a lifetime! The ripple effect lives on, as does your legacy. In running, much like in life, you literally get out what you pour into it!

I’d like to dedicate tomorrow’s journey to all who have ever encouraged me to become a better athlete/person by strengthening my mindset & pushing me past what I thought I was capable of! I wouldn’t have gotten to this starting line without you!

I’d like to thank God for blessing me with ability. The ability to move my body. The ability to give my all. The ability to be present. The ability to lean into my instincts. The ability to discover what I’m made of!

I would also like to thank the following clubs for pushing me to get my miles in early in the morning or in the evening… the club who ignited my passion again; @solesisterss.rc , the club who felt like home; @runclubonelmst , the clubs who keep God at the heart of it; @godspeedclubtemecula & @run_levee , the club who challenges me every time & hosts pretty rad events; @le_runclub , the club who keeps it super girly & fun; @girlcodedrunclub , last but not least, the club that has you reconnecting with someone from Middle School; @hobbyjoggers !

Nevertheless, I want to thank those who have supported my own club, The Vineyard Running Society, out in wine country. There’s so much that awaits for this club & I’m savoring the journey as it unfolds right before my eyes.

I would like my race tomorrow to spark a believe in yourself that running isn’t just for athletes. Running is for the ordinary being looking to experience humanity at a level that most don’t even consider! Running was & always will be my saving grace & if you allow it to, it can be yours too!

13.1 Locked & Loaded!

SURPRISE!!!

Originally, there was no run scheduled this Sunday due to me running Nike After Dark on Saturday in LA with the girls from Sole Sisters! However, that has changed! A recovery run is never a bad idea! 😅

In other news, I’m excited to announce that The Vineyard Running Society is teaming up with @run_levee on Sundays from now on! I loook forward to yall meeting the leader of that club; Pegah, she’s a lovely human being who has her own testimony of running!

We’re excited to continue training for @temeculahalf together so come join us & discover all that wine country has to offer! You’ll love everything about it!

See you in the vineyard! You won’t want to miss out!

I woke up yesterday knowing I had 18 miles on the calendar; 8 in the morning & 10 later in the evening! I wasn’t sure how I was going to get through it, but I knew it was somehow going to happen so I got myself out there… got up & dressed, filled up my water, grabbed my gels, electrolyte tablets, chapstick & sunglasses!

The initial 8 miles I got in with my girlie pop, @krissstinaelise ! It was a breathtaking morning in wine country; a combination of the perfect running weather, hot air balloons taking off in the distance & the sun rising before our eyes! It was a magnificent run; you just can’t beat the company nor the scenery!

Later in the evening, I linked up with @godspeedclubtemecula to get 10 miles in. It was here that I surprised myself!!! I conquered it at a pace of 8:51/mile which was crazyyy for my second run of the day. While the group stopped at Chick Fil A to eat, my buddy & I decided to get an additional 4 in so we could make the 18 miles! We Did It!!!

I love surrounding myself with the energy of high expectations for us to transform & meet a better version of ourselves on the other side of a challenge!

@temeculahalf training is going really well so far! I’m making sure to take care of my body through it all!

Here I am again in my @official_firstclassbodies fit looking like a fine a$$ key lime pie! 🔥💚🔥

I’m sooo stoked! I finally got my gels as I’m prepping for the Nike After Dark Half next Saturday in LA! Looking forward to trying their variety pack! Some of the flavors come with caffeine; lemonade, raspberries & chocolate! The others don’t. Either way, they’re absolutely delicious!!! Thank you @humagel ! Loyal customer coming right up!!!

I also went ahead & got me some @saltstick electrolyte tablets! Thank you @krissstinaelise for recommending these & sharing them with me! I got the variety pack which included lemon, orange tart, & berry mix! Grateful for @amazon for making the ordering process breezy!

Half marathon prep is looking quite well on me!
