There’s just something about my Aunt Holli… ❤️

I don’t think I’ve ever laughed harder with another human being in my life. She’s unapologetically herself, tells it like it is, loves with her whole heart, and is as genuine and loyal as they come. There’s something so special about a person who can make you laugh until you cry, tell you exactly what you need to hear, and love you fiercely all at the same time.

Happy Birthday, Aunt Holli! Life is so much better, brighter, and a whole lot funnier with you in it. ❤️ by @tiamwelsh

All the ladies in PSU!! by @tiamwelsh

If you don’t know what you want from life, what do you think you will get?

The great majority of people in the world drift through life, never realizing that their future will be the one they create for themselves.

The minority who achieve great success are people who know what they want and have a plan for realizing their objectives. They know what they want and how they are going to get it. Your goals should be specific, they should be measurable, they should have a deadline for their achievement, and they should be divided into manageable pieces.

Know exactly what you plan to achieve, when you plan to achieve it, and how.
Review your progress regularly, correct your course when necessary, and never, ever give up.

Happy Birthday to my mom. ❤️ Patti Anne Sisto

Your birthday has always fallen right around Mother’s Day, and honestly… it fits. Because so much of who you are is wrapped up in taking care of, loving, guiding, and showing up for everyone around you.

I don’t think I could ever fully explain how much of my strength, determination, and love for family came from watching you. Through every season of life — good, hard, chaotic, beautiful — you’ve always been there.

As I get older, and especially as I raise my own daughters, I understand more and more just how much mothers carry quietly every single day. And I hope today, for once, you feel all of that love poured back into you.

This year feels a little heavier with everything our family has walked through lately, which somehow makes celebrating the people still here feel even more important.

Thank you for being our constant.
For loving us through everything.
And for helping shape generations of strong women behind you.

I love you endlessly.

Happy Birthday, Mom. 🤍 by @tiamwelsh

Read this slowly. Then read it again.

Nothing in your life was random.
Not the heartbreak.
Not the job that fell apart.
Not the opportunity that disappeared overnight.
Not even the moments that still don’t make sense.

You’ve told yourself you were unlucky.
You’ve replayed it thinking you chose wrong.
You’ve wondered why you didn’t see it coming.

But every single experience revealed something.
Every ending pulled something into the light.
Every disappointment stripped away what wasn’t aligned.

Some people came to wake you up.
Some came to push your boundaries.
Some came to show you what you will never accept again.
And yes… some came and hurt you.

But even that pain clarified you.
Even that loss strengthened your standards.
You weren’t being punished.
You were being shaped.

Growth doesn’t feel beautiful while it’s happening.
It feels like chaos.
It feels like confusion.
It feels like the ground moving beneath your feet.

But nothing was wasted.
Every lesson expanded you.
Every crack made more room inside your heart.
Every time you chose to keep going, you built a stronger version of yourself.

Stop judging your story as good or bad.
It was necessary.
It was building you.

Trust the unfolding.
Trust the timing.
Trust that the same force that removed what no longer fit
is the one preparing what does.

Life isn’t happening to you.
It’s happening through you.

And you are becoming exactly who you’re meant to be.

Everyone looks at protein powder and asks one question:

“How many grams per scoop?”

And sure… that matters.

But if you actually care about:
• building real muscle
• recovering faster
• staying hydrated
• performing better
• and supporting your long-term health

You’ve gotta look deeper than just protein grams.

The real hidden power?
The potassium-to-sodium ratio.

Here’s why that matters.

Protein helps build muscle.
But electrolytes determine whether that muscle can actually function properly.

Sodium and potassium work together inside your cells.

Sodium helps trigger muscle contraction and nerve signals.
Potassium helps your muscles relax, reset, and pull water INTO the cell where it belongs.

And here’s the problem…

Most modern diets — and most protein powders — are high in sodium and low in potassium.

That imbalance can lead to:
• cramps
• sluggish recovery
• bloating and water retention
• fatigue
• muscles that feel flat or weak

Now let’s look at this formulation 👇

✔️ 24g high-quality protein
✔️ 302mg potassium
✔️ Only 50mg sodium

That potassium-to-sodium ratio?
It’s not accidental.

It’s intentional.

Why that matters:

➡️ Better cellular hydration
Muscle is mostly water. Potassium helps draw water INTO the muscle cell — which supports hydration, nutrient delivery, and that full, strong muscle look.

➡️ Smoother muscle function
Balanced electrolytes help your muscles contract and relax the way they’re supposed to — meaning better performance and better recovery.

➡️ Less bloat
Potassium helps counterbalance sodium so your body doesn’t hold onto excess fluid.

➡️ Heart & metabolic support
A higher potassium-to-sodium ratio is linked to better blood pressure regulation and overall cellular health.

Most protein powders focus on macros and ignore the bigger picture.

We didn’t.

Because protein isn’t just about building muscle…

It’s about supporting the environment inside your body that allows muscle to thrive.

And that’s a completely different standard. 💪

Time is relative.

It’s just a number we agreed to follow at some point.

Calendars.
Deadlines.
Ages.
“By now you should…”

But time itself?
It doesn’t care about any of that.

It moves whether you’re healing or hiding.
Growing or settling.
Living or just surviving.

And lately it feels like it’s moving fast.
Almost too fast.
Weeks folding into months.
Years collapsing into memories.

And still somehow…it never feels like enough.

You don’t truly understand time until it hurts.

Until you get bad news about someone you love.
Until you realize you gave years to something that was draining you.
Until you wake up one day and think,
“How did I let that much time pass?”

That’s when it hits you —

You don’t get time back.
You only get lessons.

And some of those lessons are expensive.

Because comfort?
Comfort is expensive.
It costs you years.

Years of staying where you’ve outgrown.
Years of shrinking so you don’t disrupt.
Years of pretending you’re fine.

And here’s the part people don’t like to say out loud…

The scariest thing isn’t dying.

It’s realizing you never really lived.

Not fully.
Not honestly.
Not boldly.

Time isn’t the enemy.

Avoidance is.
Fear is.
Waiting for “someday” is.

Time is just the container.

What you pour into it — that’s your life.

And none of us know how much we actually have.

So maybe the real risk isn’t moving too fast.

Maybe the real risk is staying comfortable long enough
to look back and realize you wasted it.
