How blessed we are to be born as women 🌹
To live this deep, multilayered feminine experience.

I want to share with you Rebozo massage and the Closing the Bones ceremony 🌱

This is a gentle, body-based practice that deeply affects the body, the nervous system, and a woman’s inner state.
Rebozo is about softness, slowing down, and coming back to yourself.
It is a space where you feel the boundaries of your body — where a woman is held by warm, loving hands.

Through soft rocking, wrapping, and the supportive embrace of the cloth, the body begins to relax and release what it has been holding — physically and emotionally.
The body remembers everything. And in a safe, caring process, it begins to let go.

Rebozo is for women in different life moments:
✨ after childbirth
✨ during transitions and life changes
✨ in times of exhaustion, burnout, or loss of inner ground
✨ when you long for support, warmth, and the feeling of being held

This is not just a massage.
It is a meeting with yourself.
A return to the body.

And a reminder that every woman needs a woman 🌹

🤍 I offer Rebozo sessions in Orange County, California.
By appointment only.

✨ If you feel called, send me a DM with the word REBOZO
and I’ll share the details. ✨

The Rebozo ceremony is a ceremony of birth.
Like in a mother’s womb: warm, dark, calm.
A place where the soul connects with the body and enters this world.

And there can be many such births.
Some touch us deeply, others more gently,
but each one is important.

During Rebozo, I feel how a person “comes together.”
How the spaces inside, which have long awaited healing, are being filled.

It is the moment when the subtle — the soul —
and the material — the body — meet and unite.
When a person becomes whole.

In this process, I am only the hands of Light,
through which what is needed in this moment arrives.

Rebozo is a bridge between the visible and the invisible.
It is work with the body, embrace,
and a prayer of ancestral strength.

Just imagine:
all the women of your lineage are praying for you.
All the angels, all the higher forces, stand beside you.

#rebozo #closingthebonesceremony #сповивання #пеленание #ребозомассаж by @tiana.soulcircle

Dear friends, I want to share my experience with ceremonial cacao.

I’ve been drinking it almost every day for the past six months.

I love how it opens my heart, lifts my mood, and sometimes helps me relax. For me, it feels like an elixir for the soul.

It was important to me to find the right cacao — one deeply rooted in Mayan traditions.

And over time, I’ve started to feel a deeper connection with Mama Cacao. I feel her warmth and care coming to me through this beautiful drink.

With this post, I’d love to invite you to discover ceremonial cacao for yourself.

Maybe this is your little nudge to give it a try. ✨

REBOZO MASSAGE —
a sacred feminine practice of being cared for, held, and protected —
from one woman to another. by @tiana.soulcircle

There is something beautiful about Rebozo practice.

It’s so gentle that the body feels safe enough to soften and let go of what feels old, heavy, or no longer serves it. 💙

I’ve been feeling a strong desire to share more of myself here.

Not just what I do, but who I am, where I am in my life, what I’m discovering, and what is changing within me.

The past year has been a deeply transformative one for me. I’ve changed the way I see myself and, most importantly, the way I relate to myself.

I’m learning to be more gentle with myself.
To accept myself.
To love myself.
To allow myself to simply be who I am.

And I’m realizing how much there is still to discover.

So I want to share this journey — honestly and authentically. My thoughts, my experiences, the things I’m learning, and all the different sides of myself that are unfolding along the way.

I don’t have everything figured out.

I’m simply curious to see what happens when I allow myself to be fully present, fully honest, and fully me. by @tiana.soulcircle

One of the most important stages of the ceremony is the bath.

After passing through a subtle transition, a woman is almost as if born into the material world again.
She connects with the water — and the water receives her and fills her.

This moment is very intimate, very tender.
And it is here that a woman meets herself even more deeply.

Because here she strengthens her connection with herself —
through her skin, through the warmth of the water,
through the touch of petals and water.

And in this space there is so much love.
So much support. 🤍

🤍 by @tiana.soulcircle

Dear women, I feel so much inspiration and strength ✨💛
Yesterday we held a small circle for the winter solstice — very intimate, in silence 🤍

And I feel such a calling — to gather, and keep gathering, women’s meetings like this, supportive and nurturing 🌸

You know, I so want to create a community where women are for women,
a place you can come to and be truly heard,
where you are held, where someone is simply present with you 🤎

This phrase is said so often, but it’s true: every woman needs a woman 🌿

And really, for each of us, it’s enough to simply be heard,
to feel gentle, caring touch 💛

We all come with different experiences,
but believe me — we can move through life with self-love,
not through strain, but through tenderness and care 🌸

There is so much in our unity ✨
So much resource in these gatherings for each of us 💛

Here we learn to be gentle with the woman next to us —
and that also means being gentle with ourselves 🌿
