A day in my life, with the highlights🙂‍↔️. Not all days look the same

Monday is my least favorite work day of the week

I’ve been using shuttlers to commute for a while now and it has been a bittersweet experience. Sometimes they work, other times 😐

My sister made this for me. Such a thoughtful woman🤍

I don’t like overly long meetings but I do enjoy our meetings.

Anything to escape Lagos traffic

Inside the traffic. At least it wasn’t too bad for a Monday

I already ate before i remembered I was supposed to take a picture. See you another time, thanks. by @tifeennyyy

This is a cute trend so I thought, “why not? “ ..

Went to see my daddy yesterday and I took pictures after.

Someone sent me their link to register, next thing I was adding and clearing my cart.🙂‍↔️
I mainly shopped accessories this time, next time maybe I’ll add clothes.

Might I add, everything here was about 30k, so i think it’s a good buy. What do you think?

Please, portion size, cooking methods, and carb balance are the important factors . Whether you want gain or lose weight, this could work, you just have to tweak it to your body needs. ( you add or subtract)

For weightloss, carbs should be minimal. Small portions for rice, yam, etc. ( small portions is not 3 serving spoons of rice o🌚, it’s lesser than that)

* Make your plate → ½ veggies, ¼ protein, ¼ carbs
* Oil control (reduce oil especially palm oil-heavy dishes)
* Grill, boil, or air-fry instead of deep frying.

For weight gain -
High protein, Carbs- not that restricted, and snacks.

Execution is the most important factor. by @tifeennyyy

Last year shaped me in many ways. Grateful to God for how he carried me( one thing last year showed me is that God loves me☺️) , and the people he surrounded me with. People referred me, people showed up for me. I’m grateful for my family, my friends and my tribe. Year 25 was goodd..

Happy birthday to me🎉❤️.. by @tifeennyyy
