Life lately : SEPTOBER by @tiffyfresh
TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY Read Caption Below for Tiffany’s Story 🫶🏻🩵 In 2025, I turned 35, and something inside of me shifted. I remember looking at my life and thinking, I don’t want this to be my life anymore. So I decided to start showing up for myself. Not every day was easy. Some days I felt strong, and other days simply getting through the workout felt like a victory. But I kept showing up even when the mental battle was harder than the physical one. And honestly, I don’t know if I could have made it through without my Burn community and my Vibe Tribe. 🥹 They encouraged me, pushed me, celebrated me, and reminded me who I was on the days I forgot. I came to Burn wanting to change my body… but somewhere along the way, I started finding myself again. And looking back, that has been the greatest transformation of all. 🩵🔥 This isn’t just about a before and after. It’s about the woman in between the one who kept choosing herself, one day at a time. #tuesdaytransformation #burnbootcamp #burnnation #motivation #fitness by @tiffyfresh
